This investment sounds promising. My only concern is the pollution to the rivers and erosion of fertile soils caused by the cultivation of cotton. Why can't Nicaragua favor the production of Cocoa Trees and Precious Woods like Mahogany/Caoba, Granadillo, Guanacaste, Ceibas, etc.? We must safeguard the fertile soils from being eroded and with global warming couldn't Nicaragua receive Carbon Credits from the European Union? No poisoning of people, wildlife and rivers please!
