The Interceptor contains 2 redundant PCs ... It uses commercial, off-the-shelf hardware and software. Autonomy is via a standard marine autopilot trackline system. Usually, it is remotely piloted. Over the horizon, it is interfaced via sat phone and can be operated world wide. It is not yet equipped with "intelligent" obstacle avoidance.

is it totally completly fully automated or remote controlled or programed with computers before acting by itself ?
