@tyawanna You could use pre ground spices for this but try to find the coarse ground if possible because it holds better to the meat and gives you that authentic pastrami. I'm glad you liked the video! Thanks for the comment.
Super, that pastrami really looks good. Pastrami is one of our favorites on the smoker. I take it to 190 on smoker though and haven't tried steaming. Think I'll give it a try 'cause yours looks great. Thanks for the video.
