  • does this apply for vancouver, canada as well? would really help if someone would tell me haha

  • Couldn't the police just lie and say that you said it was ok to search... Pretty sure the jury would believe a cop over me...

    Fuck pigs!

  • Both top comments are dumb and irrelevant...

You can smoke marijuana legally in Canada if you have a prescription and if you have been approved by Health Canada and received your Authorization to Possess card. Just like California in the USA.

for the 2nd one all police vehicles have a standard issue police cam that record the audio of whatever the police officer says.

You guys make it seem like ALL cops are bad, remember that when your getting violated...

    :]]]]]

  • It's crap like this fills people's heads with rubbish.

  • if i buy or get a car and i know or have a feeling there is iilegal items in there can i get a officer to search it with a k9 or somthing to clear it and if they find anything coluld i take the blame

  • @wtl1964 Yep. :D

  • @VergilSFD so id get a ticket for it

  • @wtl1964 Most likely, unless they will reason with you.

  • I like the layer in this he's cool like saul goodman. 'sall good man!

  • Does this apply in Australia?

  • cops in canada will only arrest you if you are dealing weed. If you just have it they will most likely take it for themselves.

  • Better call Saul!

  • thanks now i know what i'm gonna do for when i'm carrying this 10 kilos of high grade coke across the border =D

  • This video is dumb, if the police wanted to they could get a SEARCH WARRANT

  • @RiflemanExpert It has to be requested then signed by the judge, and it takes a lot of paperwork. No matter how bad the cop is they don't want to go through all of that just to search a car, they'd probably just give the citation or ticket and roll on, they've threatened me with "getting a warrant" before but they came out 10 minutes later with a speeding ticket and said "pay this by the..." shpeal and i went on my way.

  • @Klonzepam well my father is a police officer and has been for 23 years, and i can tell you that its extremely far from hard to get a warrant being in how police and magistrates work very closely daily, its not like law and order where magistrates are stubborn towards police officers, it takes all of 10 minutes to easily get a warrent because police and magistrates are close friends 90% of the time, it takes my dad all of at least 20 miles to get a warrant so its really easy,

  • @RiflemanExpert Usually the warrant threat is empty (at least in my city, idk where you're at) and is just there to scare you into consenting. Unless they have actual real reason to do it they can't, even if they do it catches up with them (if you have the right lawyer).

  • i have a question.... please respond

me and some of my friends were having a nice bonfire on my driveway when a cop comes up on a motorcycle. he then gets off and starts walking up the drive way to see what we were doing. some people ran out of panicking which they shouldn't have but came back. then the cops starts to search all of our drinks and keeps searching around the place. now he keeps coming back to our weekly bonfires to check up on us.

now i was wondering is any of what he did illegal.

  • @Ryloveland11 dont consent to searches then its illegal. as long as u let the then ur ''throwing'' ur 4th amendment right away

  • @Ryloveland11 if you dont like it then say no get off my property, and you could tell him your going to file a suit for harrassment beyond duty, then i gaurantee he will go away dont be afraid of police just dont attack them either

  • Comment removed

  • @Ryloveland11 No Police can search fleeing suspects and their affiliates. They can search open area's without warrants but CANNOT enter your house without your permission or a warrant. However if he continues to come every time you have a fire that is considered Harassment and you can file a report about it. Next time he comes CALMLY (no attitude that makes things harder) refuse consent to search and ask if you're being detained (If you aren't detained by law he HAS to leave).

  • @Ryloveland11 If you refuse search but are anyway, are searched without being detained, or if you are unlawfully detained (detained without cause) then anything he finds will be dismissed and not usable as evidence, bring a cam recorder of some kind and tape the incident if it gets out of hand, by law they can't stop you from recording the incident, if you are arrested say "I'm remaining silent" get an attorney, and don't believe the "tell the truth or you're going to jail" threat

  • @robinhoodtn1 From the video it looks like he keeps putting his hands in his pockets and when asked if he understands when they said they would tazer him if he moves, he did not answer right away. I don't agree with what those cops did, but this guy should have cooperated.

Anyway, cops can search you if they have probable cause, such as if you were recognized at a crime scene. They cannot search you if (for example) you were pulled over for speeding unless you volunteer it. That's my point.

  • @robinhoodtn1 I just saw the video. The suspect would not take his hands out of his pocket. The suspect could have had a gun. There's no reason for the suspect to not show his hands. Perhaps if he did, it would have been handled differently. If a cop searches you, you shouldn't resist, but if he asks for your permission, you should say no. The suspect wasn't cooperating with the police and that's why they tazed him. It's really hard to tell if it was justified being dark and hard to hear voices.

  • @robinhoodtn1 "so let them search its better then a bullet in the head."

Screw that! That's like saying "Let the inmate fuck you in the ass because it's better than getting beaten to death.

As Patrick Henry said, "Give me liberty or give me death"!

Cops cannot taze you if you disallow a voluntary search. If they overstep their authority and hurt me in any way, I'll find out where they live and hire some guys to bust kneecaps. It will be a cold day in hell when someone gets away with that!

  • haha, i love how all the people asking things are black

  • @thewhitezombie666 ... hahaha... Yup.

I also love how the only criminals they show in these videos are white guys, while the poor, innocent black man is a victim of circumstance.

  • @Huntington12345678

ya, people dont get that black people just commit more crime. that racist though, but i can say freely that white people a greedy mass murdering scum. its fucked up.

    fuck

  • @thewhitezombie666 ... Could you try to translate that into English?

  • @Huntington12345678

THATS racist....ARE mass murdering...last fuck shouldnt be there...sloppy, but you really couldnt read that?

  • "Refusing a search can help you later when you're in court."

    Courtroom in session:

Suspect: "I refused to allow the cop to search me."

Police: "He didn't refuse. He said go ahead, I'm not hiding anything."

    Who will the judge believe?

Probably your best bet is to outrun the cop and not get pulled over. LOL

  • @jjenson2006 Thats a good one

  • @jjenson2006 probably right

  • @jjenson2006 dont they have some mic on them so that doesnt happen

  • @jjenson2006 :( the ppl never win sad isnt it

  • @jjenson2006 Cameras on police cars get turned on as soon as they make a stop. If you make it evident enough, say it enough, etc, it will be picked up, recorded, and can be used as evidence in your favor. It also helps to have your own recording device, audio or video on your person. I make it a point to record all police interactions.

  • @benos4752 Not all police cars have cameras and those that do aren't going to have the ability to pick up audio very well since it would be more than 20 feet away in an already noisy environment.

  • @jjenson2006 its 2011 all cops have a video/audio camera/recorder in their car. you might be thinking, oh the cop will just tamper with the video/audio camera/recorder and thats a no because thats an automatic termination

  • @imCopacetic "In-car videos are widely used by police nationwide. About 72 percent of state and highway patrol cars have them. Seattle police have had them in their cars for five to six years; Los Angeles police plan to place them in all its patrol cars over several years." Source - w w w. oregonlive. com/ pacific-northwest-news/index. ssf/ 2011/ 11/ portland_police_want_to_instal. html

  • @jjenson2006 I pull my phone and record in video anytime an officer is involved with ME and i urge ANYONE who reads this to do the same, theres only a state or two where this is illegal (i think), but in PA and all of the northeast its completely legal. DO IT, almost every phone now can be used to record video/audio, USE IT.

  • @jjenson2006 Dashcam bro.

  • wtf? americans can get arrested for weed? I'm from Canada... We can smoke it out on the street. you don't even have to hide it. walk right past the cops and say, "good-day gentlemen!" and they'd be all like, "what's that you're smoking there?" And then you're all like, "THE STICKIEST OF THE ICKY!!" And then the cops would be all like, "carry on, goodfellow!!"

so all you yankees come on up to Canada for a vacation. it really isn't all that cold. but you should bring a jacket to be safe.

  • @wackinstack o_o I'm going to move to canada immediately as soon as possible then. Which province do you recomend? I happen to have dual citizenship, in US and Canada... but i've never been to canada x_x (family ties got the citizenship for me)

  • @wackinstack I am also from Canada and weed is illegal to have on you in Ontario. You are allowed to have possession of it in some Provinces but you are not allowed to smoke it in any Provinces. Unless you have a medical proscription.

  • @NACTClan I'm from Vancouver, B.C. and people smoke marijuana everywhere. On 4-20(April 20th), thousands of people walk down to the Vancouver Art Gallery -which is pretty much the center of the downtown core. When they get there they all smoke pot. Thousands of people. No one is arrested for it. People walking down the street or in the park. It's everywhere and I've never seen anyone arrested for it or even had it taken away. Just don't smoke it around kids and you'll be okay. No one cares.

  • @wackinstack um... y would u want 2 smoke, all it does is blacken ur lungs and cost u money

  • @UndercoverPegasus I don't smoke anymore actually. I went through a phase from when I was 20 to 24. I'm 26 now. I don't smoke because I grew out of it I guess. Doesn't do anything for me anymore... But you should know that weed does much more than blacken your lungs and cost money. First, it's really cheap in Canada like $5 for an 8th... It makes food better, sex better, your disposition better. It does make you feel happy. And it's not addicting either. It's not considered a drug here.

  • @wackinstack

I'm weather resistant, I've also heard that it's a beautiful country. So I think I'll make plans.

  • @wackinstack

Is it legal to grow weed?

  • @NarlepoaxIII In vancouver you really won't get into any trouble unless you're a dealer associated with gangs. If you just grow your own for you and your friends/coworkers and you've never had run ins with the law before you won't ever have any trouble... Weed isn't considered harmful or a step-stone to crack. in our law it's reasonable to let an adult grow their own weed if they choose to. do what you want, just don't hurt anyone or yourself.

  • @wackinstack

Well that's good, because it isn't. Clinical research has proven it to be good for you. And when it was legalized in Holland, hard drug usage dropped by 15%, rather than rising.

  • @NarlepoaxIII no its not, nor is it legal to be in the possession of weed, i too am from Canada, born in Quebec and live in Vancouver now.although it is illegal to possess weed in all provinces to the best of my knowledge, 99% you will not get arrested by a police for having weed on you, the police will just confiscate your weed if you get caught with it.

  • @wackinstack Im canadian, and I know several people that have been arrested for possession.

  • @wackinstack that's bullshit, i am a canadian and i have been aggressively searched and arrested for weed, a *few times.

  • @wackinstack i live in Canada (Scarborogh Toronto) and thats no true over here ..my friends allways get arrested for weed

  • @p4pboxingftw Move to Vancouver, it'll be awesome.

  • @wackinstack not even true...

  • @orchidvandever22 I don't want to be disrespectful of you when I say this, but in all my experience over the past ten years in Vancouver, none of my friends, coworkers or myself have ever had any issues, problems or complaints with citizens or police. As long as you're respectful of families, kids and the elderly you'll be fine -even around police. It's not so much about being illegal or legal here as it is about being courteous of others.

  • @wackinstack Ill probably be living their or UK when I get some money lol USA is getting to the point of being a dying country and thats sad to say. <16 atm.

  • @TitanbrolyGilneas The more the merrier, my friend! Canada, U.K., Whatever... The Commonwealth nations welcomes you, bro! (Between you and me though -I would go to the U.K. I think the accents are beautiful and it just adds to the beauty of their culture and the crazy-hot-ladies who live there.)

  • @wackinstack yea but I gotta get my babe from texas first ^^

  • @wackinstack False, I live in Canada I'm 18 years old and cops actually do arrests for marijuana possession and etc. Two of my friends got busted with weed on them while they were walking. YOU CAN NOT SMOKE POT IN CANADA IN FRONT OF COPS. You can still smoke though people wont look at you like you were a criminal ^^

  • @wackinstack apparently not in ontario.

  • @wackinstack i'm not form canada, and i've never really been there except maybe the naigara falls, but im moving to canada sometime in my life... here sucks major balls... (USA)

  • @wackinstack lollll... you're wrong.... that only happens in bc. if i walk down the street in my town in ontario, and a cop saw me smoking weed, id be fucked

  • @JewishNiggers99 Man, I'm sad to hear that. Hey dude, move to vancouver. We don't have winter out here. It gets kinda rainy sometimes but that's about it. might have the odd wind storm in november. seriously though. Winter last from december 20th abouts to about february and there's no snow -oh and police don't bother you.

    have a nice day

  • @wackinstack You lucky bastards! Haha, that's cool, I wish that's how it was here. Maybe one day if Ron Paul wins :)

  • @wackinstack Yeah, they still haven't figured out they'd make a $h!t load more money if they simply taxed it. Not to mention the fact that it saved everyone's AZZ in WWII, because the used Hemp to make almost everything. They gave special permits to farmers to grow it for "The War Effort"!

  • @wackinstack so untrue

  • @wackinstack : At the rate things are going. We're gonna be under total lockdown.

  • @wackinstack That would be nice if it weren't a straight up lie.

  • @wackinstack

Actually , I got busted for possession just the other day in Alberta , Canada . The officer pulled us over due to a burnt out tail light , then threatened to arrest all of us in the car (which we had just hotboxed) unless someone showed him where the pot was .

  • @wackinstack this made me smile, i'll hit you up if i'm ever in canada and we can blazeee

  • @wackinstack thats the biggest bs of all time

  • @wackinstack I'm in Canada all the time in the summer. IT'S SO AWESOME!

  • sometimes its good to let them search though... i let a cop search my car cause i was out past curfew on a school property. i didnt make him mad so he let me go

  • BE MY LAWYER PLEAAAAAAAAASE

  • How can a lawyer prove if you said yes or no to the search, it's all hear say?

  • @GrimeyBeatProduction

Because cop cars have cameras in them that record video and audio but that's just my guess.

  • What about filming? Because i watch a lot of skate videos and whenever the skaters get kicked out of somewhere the officer always tells them to turn the camera off. Can they do that?

  • @FlexYourRights what about the patriot act??? Can't the cops just search for no reason

  • @stallion78

The Patriot Act only works at airports.

  • @SovereignStatesman your kidding right?

  • @swinchesterful

That's almost a complete sentence.... not bad for a pre-schooler.

  • Another legal point: The cops can lie to you, legally! There is no consequence for them, if they lie. You, on the other hand, may not. Don't lie to a cop, but NEVER accept what he's telling you as the truth, either! Example: when the officer says, "Your friend, Mike told me you have drugs on you." NEVER accept that as truth, especially if you don't have a friend named Mike. If you catch a cop telling you a lie, let him know that you know he's lying, then refuse to answer any of his questions.

  • @SteveLLW

No, don't tell him that you know he's lying, because then you flunk the infamous "attitude test." Whatever you do, don't get cocky and say something like "well you can't believe everything you hear!"

Just say "Am I being detained, or am I free to go?"

If he says you're free to go, GO!

And if he DOESN'T say that you're free to go, say "I have nothing to say until i speak to a lawyer."

And if he arrests you, say, loudly, clearly and calmly: "I WANT TO SPEAK TO A LAWYER."

    PERIOD.

  • @SovereignStatesman "And if he arrests you, say, loudly, clearly and calmly: "I WANT TO SPEAK TO A LAWYER."

But what happens if for example you were arrested for DUI at 3am in the morning.

Lawyers dont work 24 hours.. so you will probably end up being detained anyway till the morning.

  • @badpanda84

It's got nothing to do with that.

The REASON you ask to talk to a lawyer, is that then the police CANNOT QUESTION YOU ANY FURTHER, under Arizona v. Edwards.

Otherwise, they CAN question you-- and while you don't have to answer, anything you DO say can and will be twisted against you.. even if the cops TRICK you into saying it.

If, OTOH, you ask to talk to a lawyer, then they CANNOT question you after that; and anything you say is INADMISSIBLE after that.

    So ask FIRST THING.

  • @SovereignStatesman on the flex your rights video "the smart way to ask for a lawyer" watch?v=omGl0FdvJco at 1:25 he says But remeber just because you ask for a lawyer dosent mean they ( police) have to stop questioning you

If you keep talking your word may still be used agaist you so shut your mouth until you have seen a lawyer

  • @badpanda84

Geez, you really are a stupid asshole. Google Arizona v. Edwards before you wanna crack your ass open to me about the law--- and either keep your day-job, or don't drop the soap after you try being your own lawyer.

  • @SovereignStatesman Firstly even the "flex the rights" video (the same guy who made this video) even admits that the cops can still question you.

Are you saying the guy who made this video is talking bulshit--.

    "Arizona v. Edwards"

that is diffrenent because he was denied a lawyer in that case. and was told that he had to speak with the police.

  • @SovereignStatesman In that case the key point is that

"The officer in the jail who brought Edwards to the detectives told the petitioner that he had to speak to the detectives."

that is diffrenet from the police merely asking questions. A police officer may ask questions but they may not force you to answer..

If you choose to answer there question out of your own free will then it can still be used agaist you --( regardless of whether you asked for a lawyer or not)

  • @SovereignStatesman If the police say.. You can't speak to a lawyer -- you must speak to the police first and answer our questions then that would be illegal.

But if the police just asked a question that isn't illegal -- but you have no oblgation to answer ( and the police cant force you to answer)

  • "I don't consent to searches." *looks at officer all slick* LOL U MAD, OFFICER?

  • that cop was a tampon popcicle he droped that poor guy's laptop on the street he could have broke it...asshole

  • i've had several experiences where i stood my ground regarding handing over my id or after a bogus arrest pushed it as far as i could in court and i won every time i followed these kind of rules except one where an NYC cop in the subway just reached around and pulled my wallet out then wrote me a ticket which i refused to accept so he just stuffed it in my pocket.

  • @desirefirst "except one where an NYC cop in the subway just reached around and pulled my wallet out then wrote me a ticket which i refused to accept so he just stuffed it in my pocket. "

LOL so being corrupt really dose work... any cop who acutally follows rule and producers gets screwed over..

  • @badpanda84

It works on people who don't know their rights, or how to access them-- because that's the same as not HAVING rights.

And lawyers are assholes who only see dollar-signs, not justice... that's why I quit law.

  • @SovereignStatesman LOL -- I agree with the lawyers are assholes-- but if you walked up to a police officer and say "I know my rights. ,, I going to sue you.. etc" I bet they will either laugh at you or kick your ass

  • @badpanda84

That's why these videos are bullshit. You don't say ANYTHING to cops-- don't give them an EXCUSE, since they already don't need one.

Like the one with the kid at the bus-stop, and the cops ask him how long he's been there-- the lawyer doesn't advise you WHAT to do, they just pick it up AFTER where he started talking to them.

In reality, you should just walk away and ignore them-- or if you're waiting for someone, just tell them you have nothing to say.

  • @desirefirst Did you get any money for winning in court... otherwise even if you "won" in court you still lost because you had to waste you time and money fighting it in court

  • @badpanda84

Not only that, it's a living hell when you're falsely accused and have to prove your innocence, and hope you don't get falsely imprisoned just like you were falsely accused-- it's a traumatic experience for any innocent person.

Right-wing whackos sing the praises of a fascist system, until THEY get charged.

(Unless they're rich and powerful like Limbaugh, then they act like they're the sole victim).

  • im gonna be a cop someday...and imma getchu

  • @SWCeagles2007 Bring it on nigga!

  • i love how everyone is instantly an expert on comments on youtube videos

  • CAN I HAVE THIS ATTORNEYS #

  • IF you go to court....That's a big fuckin IF. It's more like they take your shit and keep it movin.

  • You refuse the search, they will slap you with an obstruction charge, beat your ass, search you anyways and take you to jail... perhaps even go so far as to include a resiting arrest charge and NOBODY will be able to afford you as our lawyer... That is reality!

  • @BikerBry so you are saying a judge in a court of law will see your refusal to be searched as an obstruction charge? Thats absurd

  • @inkey2 Yes, that's exactly what I'm saying. Refusing to submit to interrogation per the 5th amendment will get you slapped with an obstruction charge as well.

  • @BikerBry i have never heard that in the law

  • @inkey2 - That's what happens when local government passes unconstitutional laws and ordinances and judges uphold them.

  • I love how youtube teaches you more things needed to know in life then our actual SCHOOL SYSTEM. America=Fail. 2012 coming to a town near you.

  • @nickxclassic That is because this dosent really work in real life.

The reason they dont teach kids this is because kids are stupid enough to belive this really works.

You don't to encourage kid to try and get away with possesion of drug and then think they can just refuse to be searched and get away with it.

  • @badpanda84 yea, they make ways around it, prforming illegal searches whenever they want, but don't get punished in any way," hey we're dedicated to protecting and serving, but when we do something illegal it goes unnoticed, we'll bribe you by erasing your charges" america doesn't question things like that, that should be questioned in everyday life, and not only when it comes to cops. alot more things people need to be aware about.

  • @nickxclassic "yea, they make ways around it, prforming illegal searches whenever they want, but don't get punished in any way"

Of course. because if you knew that you could get away with hiding drugs by merely refusing to get search wouldnt that encourage drug dealers. and other crimincal activity

Teaching kids this is like telling Kid how to get awy with possesion of drugs. that is why this isnt taught in schools

  • @badpanda84 what if i just dont want to be hassled have to sit on a sidewalk in public while police go through my car and disrupt my daily activities it has nothing to do with drugs it has more and all to do with living your life with as little disruption from those who are supposed to protect and serve not harrass and violate

  • @Mr127superdee yeah but if you objecitve is just to get on with you daily life -- with as little disruption as possilbe.. would it make sense just to comply with the search.

Rather that waste time reufsing consent and then getting serached anyway after a long argument

  • @badpanda84 in some states they can only hold you for 15 minutes before obtaining a warrant to search you if your held for longer you have a very strong case theres no real long arguement and sure you could always consent and get it over with ive done it once my cars interior was left a wreck. and because i consented i was there for almost 30 mins i will never consent again

  • @Mr127superdee dosent warrent to search apply to you house.. not to searching a car.. all the police need is probably cause to search a vechile -- there is nothing in these video that say a warrent is required

  • @badpanda84 both apply to both your house can be searched ny way of probable cause as well and for your info in many states your house and car are considered the same when it comes to gun laws, police searches, etc

  • Comment removed

  • Show this to your black friends. Maybe someday we can get the number of blacks in ours prisons today down to less than the number of slaves during the times of slavery. Kind of sad that we really haven't progressed any, we just shuffled things around.

  • I have been pulled over COUNTLESS amounts of time and although occasionally ticketed, I have NEVER been subjected to ANY type of search, nor have I been asked to give consent. I wonder if it's because I'm white?

  • how can it be proved that you said no to the search

  • WARNING.....when ever you buy a used car pull out the back seat completely. I bought a 1977 buick in 1988 from an old woman who bought the car off a used car lot. There was stuff behind that seat that definately could have caused me big trouble.......

  • @inkey2 I know what you mean.. I bought a Camaro at a police auction to use for restoration parts for another vehicle, while taking the dash out I had two bags of white powder fall out... ( guessing it was cocaine or heroine) but I called the sheriffs dept to come get it to destroy it and I had to show proof that I bought the car at the auction that way because I bought the car without a working engine so I had it towed straight from their lot to mine...which saved me a lot.

  • haha shit sometimes its not who u know sometimes its what u know itleast in these situations

  • 1 person refused the search an got caught with pot

  • DO I HAVE RIGHTS TO REFUSE A SEARCH IF I AM UNDER 18?

  • At the end of the day, if you say no to a search and the cop does the search regardless, it's his word against yours in court. If you already have a record, you're fucked.

  • where i live i bleive you also go to jail

  • the police officers are the government you moron

  • Why the hell was he putting away his nightstick when he got out of the squad car? Why the fuck was it out to begin with?

  • @assbitchfucky He was busy fucking himself in the ass with it before he pulled over the person due to racial profiling. Just another day in the life of a policeman.

  • Dude, I would not allow a blunt roach to remain in my car unsmoked.

  • what kind of potheads look like that?

  • @breepizzarolls420

Ive met everyone from babes, crasy muscle guys, suited up business people that smokes. There's no telling... weed is just a part of society, like beer. And your not more of a pothead because you smoke from time to time, than you'r a alchoholic because you enjoy some beers in the weekend.

  • @KyoshoCrew but putting potheads that look like in the video just makes weed look so bad.

  • I love how everyone is instantly a legal expert when commenting on these videos.

  • @CentrekMedia

I AM a legal expert, and these videos are BULLSHIT.

  • How come the blk Driver was out of his car? A car is an extention of your home.. I didnt see any shatter glass where the cops broke a window and DRAGged him out of the car Why did he step out of the car and "ABANDON" his property on the street? this Attorney DUDE, is a Fool STAY in The CAR... Dont get out.. Just say "I do not UNDER stand YOU" which means that: u are equal to the cop; he is not above U, that; U are not UNDER him; U stand under NOBODY !! "EQUALITY"
  • @kldirectv2 Not exiting the vehicle upon request from the officer is nothing more than physical resistance. As the law makes perfectly clear, your rights are VERBAL ONLY. You'll end up with an obstruction charge if you refuse to exit your vehicle, along with the probability of being tased and injured.

  • This is really helpful! I think I might avoid the shotgun shell up my butt.

  • @jradonis1 oo i know how to treat those type of bitches. all you need is a big dick, and money.

  • Or you could just not associate with people who would leave something illegal in your vehicle. Seems pretty easy to me.

  • If your charged, and they ask and you say yes you have been. Does that give them the right to search you even if you say no? - Canada idk if the laws are different everywhere on that subject..

  • U know I once said no to a search and they searched me anyway along with my truck and they broke my iPod and my $200 oakleys and guess what. I still went to jail even tho I did nothing wrong yes I did have a rack with a hunting rifle on it as required since I do not have a concealed firearms permit and I still got in trouble yes I am 18 and the also took my rifle I served 13 months community service and was still fined spent 7 days in jail

  • @ivevic "U know I once said no to a search and they searched me anyway along with my truck and they broke my iPod and my $200"

yeah that is probably because you pissed off the cops- so they "accidently" broke you IPOD

  • @jradonis1 yeah, I've been getting advice from a younger, female friend who has more dating experience than I do which is sad but true. She told me I need to be friends first cause I need to be able to trust them as a friend first, before I can trust them as a lover.. Not that there IS a guy in my life right now but when I do find one. I wish there was a way to skip that part? Sex is reasonable once in a while, but not every time you see each other which is what it was for me.

  • @jradonis1 yeah just a bit hey? haha... do you have any idea where I can find a "normal" guy. one who will be nice, thoughtful, caring, lovable, decent, mature, respectful. NOT looking for random sex, but actually looking for love?

  • @jradonis1 then why are the males going to the dumb skanks direction instead of mine? that's a bit offensive and heart breaking.. I guess in those cause, those guys are just as much skanks as the females. Because I DO NOT need a guy who has a dick bigger than his heart or his brain =\

  • @jradonis1 If that really is the case, why am "I" still single? I've spent many years accusing the "dumb blond skanks" of taking away MY men, since I'm looking for brown hair and blue eyes. Maybe it's wrong place, wrong time or just pure "bad luck." It seems the more I try to find a guy, the more I end up with one that's worst then the last. I've never been able to find a "normal" guy =\

Maybe I need to move to America? Would that help?

  • @jradonis1 does that mean they prefer asian females :P

  • I love this guy. He's an awesome lawyer.

  • I was searched once when I was 17. My car was searched actually. It was not a matter of..."May I search?" It was "Sit your ass on the curb, and don't move...or else." I actually had a few "illegal" weapons. A nunchaku, and a pipe with black electrical tape wrapped around it.. Which for some reason makes it illegal in California. I had them in my car. The police found them. But I was never arrested or anything. They just took them. Maybe not asking me, but still looking was the mistake they made?

  • @jpd782

If they don't ask and start searching anyways just politely say "I do not consent to this search" and repeat every now and then until they're done, always stay calm and polite. The point is not that they will stop searching, it's so that you will be better protected in case it goes to court.

  • @AnotherSchmoe I know this now. But this took place around 1991-1992. We were never taught this in school. Apparently the Consitution was not important to them I guess. And, this was outside of Los Angeles right after the Rodney King beatings. So fear of the police was high. And at 2am in a desolate area, with 4 scrawny teens, and 15 police, and an angry police dog. We knew they used their power to "infulence" us...But, I now I know what to do from real life experience.

  • I DO NOT HAVE TO RESPECT A PIECE OF SHIT, MOST POLICEMEN ARE A PIECE OF SHIT.. MY WIFE AND I WAS TAKEN FROM OUR MOTOR HOME IN JOLIET, ILLINOIS KNOCK US TO THE GROUND AND BEATEN BY 4 POLICEMEN ABOUT 15 OTHER PLOICEMEN STOOD AROUND AND DID NOT HELP US. AT ALL. BLEEDING ALL OVER WE ARE 66 & 67 Y.O.It's obvious that the police are the common enemy of the people POLICE ARE ARMED AND RETARDED THEY WILL HURT YOU ONLY THING ON MY RECORD IS A SPEEDING TICKET IN 1992

  • Anyone else notice it potrays a black guy in almost every scene getting arrested?

  • @hooptyracer - The first scenario from the full program is 4 white people going to a concert.
