@neta012 I think it had something to do with her being a genie. I'm just guessing but maybe as a genie she was more or less neutral to the book but as a demon she was evil? Maybe the Book only detects if a person has a good or bad aura and therefore as a genie she could touch the book? Just my thoughts.
