La verdad diria que el walkman de sony es mucho mejor que el ipod en cuanto a calidad de sonido e imagen, ya que se le puede graduar el brillo, tengo un walkman nwz-s544, y es excelente en cuanto a imagen y sonido, ¿ para q mas querria un reproductor digital?, me quedo con walkman (SONY)

la verdad es que ambos tienen sus pros y sus contras, personalmente prefiero un WALKMAN de SONY pues me satisface en cuanto a la calidad del sonido que es lo que yo busco en un reproductor, ademas de la duracion de su bateria, si ustedes buscan lo mismo que yo entonces la mejor opcion es el WALKMAN, quiza el IPOD tenga otras funciones pero no me gusta la calidad del sonido aun usando mejores auriculares que por cierto los que trae de fabrica no te aislan el ruido del ambiente.

@MensajeroSocial yo tengo el nwz s544 y no creo que ipod lo supere en cuanto audio, en cuanto video la verdad que es exelente la calidad, hay que tener en claro que el walkman tiene la opcion para la luminisidad y eso la da mas claridad al video, seguramente el que subio el video se la dejo por defecto.

Tengo la fortuna de trabajar para Apple y la verdad Apple es la mejor compañía a nivel mundial en cuanto a sistemas operativos y mp4 y mp3 Sony es muy bueno en TVs o estéreos pero iPod ofrece una calidad enorme incomparable arriba apple

Seriously I have both nano 4th gen and the bluetooth walkman and have to say walkman produce better sound quality then that of the ipod. Even my psp sounds better when used with the same headphones which are MDR EX90LP sony. Ipod is however a more classy brand and its the brand you pay for just like BOSE!

iPods have a much better compression method than other mp3 players for maintaining quality in sound. if it sounds bad on iPod, it's because of where you got the song from in the first place, or your headphones or something. the video quality is higher than any other mp4 player on the market, and 24h battery is excellent for a lithium-ion battery

well i don't know, if it's an mp3 then it might sound better cause the songs from iTunes are downloaded in a different format to comply better with iPod hardware. walkmnas are probably better suited to mp3's then, it's just that iPod generally have more space and that appeals to people, i mean 160GB is more than my laptop by a lot

Well i had an Ipod but i threw it away cause of there lousy battery life and there cheap sound quality. I got a sony and I love it. but if ur looking for sound quality maybe look at kenwood too.
