They are very easy to own. Stop letting haters discourage you. They are easier then dogs, who poop all over the house. I have had many different animals and gliders are the easiest to care for, but beaware of their smell.
You're sorely misinformed, @xeadgbex. Please research these things before spreading false information. Anyone who wants true and EXPERT information on sugar gliders should find the videos posted on youtube from the vet that specializes in and owns sugar gliders
@ShayneParodys Nothing about raising these exotic animals is easy. Its an absolute nightmare as they require a great deal of care every night. Cleaning, feeding, preparing a special liquid diet with fruits and veggies, vet bills, legalities, major expenses and no profit.. List goes on.

@xeadgbex your miss informed dude...you don't know absolutely anything about these guys....they are easy to care for i've had mines for about two years now...and i haven't complained one bit b/c i love these little critters so much i would have to agree with fr3butterfly they are easier to take of than dogs or any other high maintance animal out there. i suggest you do some research like every pet glider has.
