I think they rejected it ,because it looks like an Oscar Mayer Weiner commercial... your close up on the Hot Dog is too good and it is like you are indirectly using Oscar Mayer's trademark. And then at the end, the girl says "Oh I better eat some more hot dog" big NO-NO! you are supposed to be promoting Ketchup, not hot dogs. That is why it was banned.

it seems as though the only reason it was rejected is because it is only 25 seconds long, not 30. The other reasons don't apply, but they only need one reason. You should make the commercial again but figure out how to ad another 5 seconds to it.
