  • it's a rotation of the left forearm, not the bending or break of the left wrist causing severe pain and discomfort. need to go ice now.

  • He's correct about the right hand. However, he failed to mention that the pivot controls the release. The left hand should be supple and it will release naturally. If you're a hitter then you push with the right hand. If you predominately swing, then you pull through with you left side.. dominated by you lft latimus muscle.

  • This guy almost got it right until he mentioned that the right hand does not push. The right hand does thrust. Hogan's mentions of three right hands is a good illustration. The right hand must thrust in a rotating manner to help the forearms to cross forming the "x". Other than that this guy was dead on.

  • Or in other words fella's; follow through the ball. In baseball if you don't follow through with you hands, you lose a ton of power and you hit singles to center and right field. If you follow through with your hands you generate more bat/clubhead speed, you hit home runs to center and left field.

Good lesson for a high- handicapper.

  • that is a very bad flip.

  • @jhaley12

    Yes Sir.

If you ever hit a straight shot with this kind of hands action you'll get the nobel price for physics directly from me. That is really crazy!

  • The clubface is very very shut after inpact in this demo or the logo on the glove would point behind him not at the ground at that point .

  • how does the logo of the glove ever face down?

  • redfernnnnnnnn
