The only way I could count these was to kill a batch by freezing them. 10ml equals approx 850 baby roaches - much more than I thought.

If it's too dry they won't hatch. I think you need to cover.

I put the eggs in a cup with no cover will this setup work for them? Because I also tried putting them in a cup with cover and put a holes in it but mites are starting to show.. Any advice or tips on their enclosure? Thanks in advance!!:)

Mine take one month to hatch. It varies with humidity an temp.
