you are neutral at first if you dont attack any member of each faction

oh yeah, right thats right... what happens if u dont attack either, but still u send duty on freedom and freedom on duty and ur still neutral?

just tell the freedom boss that you see a bunch of duty guys near the old house near freedom base, but dont join them just watch

hehe, but u cant do that with duty, cuz u have to kill the sniper in the tower then u get enemy with freedom :S

you dont have to do the duty mission for this event to take place

first you need the oblivion lost mod to join the factions

ok i placed the oblivion lost mod in the stalker file, did exacly what the readme file told me to, but the game just crashes

what version is your stalker? it should be 1.4 or 1.5
