  • Here again Fox purposely does NOT give you ALL of the INFO, as usual. This issue was over a Consumer Protection HEAD that the congress already voted on but decided they didn't want ANYBODY to head because it would inter fear with the rip off's of BIG BANKS on consumers.

Of course Fox doesn't tell you that. The congress leaves town and leaves just 3 people there that convene for 30 seconds to say they are still in session. It's a scam, but a way to blame the Pres for something. They don't tellthat

  • @johnnyohness May I ask what your sources are then? I'd like to check them for myself, please.

  • Wright to work laws are ONE THING. The wright to work for SLAVE WAGES W/O benifits. It is designed to drive wages in the toilet. Why do you think Wisc. fought so hard to get the Gov kicked out.

WTW is a ploy designed by BIG business to get work done much cheaper and that means YOU.

Don't be a dolt and fall for it. It's a rouse to get you to work for no benefits and substandard wages.

WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE AMERICA.

FOX is a right wing propaganda machine for BIG BUSINESS!!!

  • @johnnyohness Businesses/schools can't run if unions demand for too much benefits. Free-market competition would make businesses have to offer more than 'slave wages' if they expect to attract any workers. The whole fight over work laws and unions isn't exclusive to big businesses either -- they affect small businesses and gov't positions, like the public schools. Businesses are in to make profits while giving in return jobs and services/products, not out to exploit people.

  • @NyxofWolves Google,..."Real Facts about wright to work laws."

Google,..."ALEC Ghostwriting the Law for America". ALEC one of the most anti American worker organizations in the history of this country. Remember unions were a REACTIVE measure not a PROACTIVE measure to workers conditions. Union busting is used for one thing, defunding the DNC. If it did nothing else Republicans would be happy. With out a middle class there is no one to purchase the employer's products.

  • Okay, ethical complaints aside,

we all know Obama would usurp the Constitution if he could get away with it, so the question here is not how ethical is it, but how legal is it?

Does the president hold the power to put Congress out of session, or was Obama just jumping the gun on those appointments, not waiting until Congress was fully out of session?

I mean if Obama truly violated the Constitution, than those appointments need to be voided out. Otherwise, big Union wins this round.

  • The "CCC" Plan > Consistent, Conservative, Constitutional. > RON PAUL for President 2012!!

  • Mark put Obama in his place with that interview; his citings to the Constitution and his point on the fact that both houses must pass a resolution to confirm a recess session erases all doubt as to whether the President did something illegal. I think these recess appointments were meant to appease to the unions so he could turn down the Keystone pipeline, so it's all political shanigans from the President as usual. It's so sad.

  • @NyxofWolves God all mighty I wish you people would stop relying on Fox News for your information.

Despite the lies you are being told,.. Obama voided the pipeline only because the right wing congress did not give him enough time to do the proper studies on it before he gives the OK.

Congress knew that when they did it to make him look bad and of course Fox takes the ball and runs with it, and YOU buy it. They count on your ignorance and sure enough YOU provide it.Fox are liars,& Uknow that.

  • @johnnyohness Mr. Obama's administration had been dealing with the pipeline for several years, and the pipeline deadline set in the last payroll tax-cut bill gave him 60 more days to decide. The studies had more than enough time to be conducted.

  • first, keep up the fight, here in new zealand we are fighting for freedom of association, against mandatory membership to the new zealand students union for all university students
