  • Great performance, sounds like the organ could use some attention from a reed knife though!

  • jeeze Cody, wish you were out in California and could play at the Episcopal Church I go to

  • Again, nice job Cody! Is that 32' reed 1/2 length? That's what Aeolian-Skinner was sending out of the factory a couple of years before its closing as I understand it from a reliable source. Either way it sounds quite good.

  • Very well done Cody, inspiring for sure. Play it at Easter too?

  • the organ doesn't sound harsh at all...its really nice, and these organs are some of the best pipe organs and put out a sound that a Allen can only wish it could do!

    very good!!

  • Very well played young man! You have grasped what the piece is about and made it sound very grand, in spite of the tuning. I actually quite enjoyed the wonky tuning. When you get the opportunity to play this on a top class organ - dont forget to post it here. And keep that excelent tempo where it is. You hit the nail on the head

  • as an organist, you did a great job Cody!!!!!! BRAVO!!!!

  • The whole organ is really harsh. Nearly every last rank in this organ is harsh in my opinion.

  • Wow!..what an organist he's going to be in a few years time!

  • Could you not register it yourself? I guess with a big bulky console like that, it would be much harder than on my nice, compact Austin console.

    haha

  • Yea with busy hands/feet and no allowance for a memory slot, I had to register for him.

  • Bravo Cody! Brilliant performance of my favorite piece. It also helps that you had a master registrant(Jonathan, this means you)!

  • haha :)

  • Good Job Cody, once again! Wow, I don't think I've heard the keys click that much before though!

  • ok, i take that back, two nights ago when i played for the Xmas eve service, that was proven true...

  • Pretty cool guys. Keep up the good work. Also you are correct, it would be impolite to change the presets without permission. Don't let anyone get under your skin to much man, take it all with a grain of salt. You guys are doing just great!!!!

  • Thanks very much. :)

  • Cody, Now you've made me realise what I need to do to fix my mistakes in this piece.

Jesus... your going to be one hell of an organist one day, I have ALLOT of catching up to do. But your already very good,

This piece is the second one I ever learnt to play but I have a slight weakness in the left hand when you have to play the broken chords with it.

    Great work man!

  • What A Performance That was absolutely Brilliant! This is a very hard piece to play very demanding don't worry about the mistakes you pulled this off very well indeed

    5 Stars From Me!

  • Great job and all from memory! I'm also impressed!!!!!!!!

  • This guy makes way too many mistakes... lol.

  • He's not that bad. Who is he? He's pretty good!

    haha

  • haha Cody's stupid. lol

  • I'm impressed!!!!!!!!!
