Differences I hear are that the cymbals sound different (can hear an audible "ping"), the "Ich Will Ficken" part doesn't echo and go up in pitch, and the keyboard solo and all the keyboards after that sound completely different.

There are two demos of this song. Look it up on the internet. One was released in a 2 track Du Riechst So Gut promo single. This one that is. If you listen to the keyboards you'll notice it. By the end you can't hear the "baby crying" you hear on the album.

The other demo is way rougher, never released
