  • piep

  • i can listen to their music over and over again,,,,i am a 70"s guy but their music rocks like lullaby

  • and carlphone your so rite, if they learnt 1 thing from Beatles it was to be unique and thats what they did. good comment

  • one of my favorite songs of all time, great tribute

  • It's 2:30 am and I'm on the 100th time replaying this song. I have work at 8 am.

  • this song is great on mushrooms. I listened to it for like 2 hours straight haha

  • @TheInbornMechanics A professional apology. I admire that. Thank you.

  • Lucky that the Rolling Stones didn't make a similar sounding song at the same time, or else they probably would have sued both bands for intellectual theft .

  • @TheInbornMechanics And now I am smiling due to the fact that IT'S A CRIME is the demo version of Let There Be Love. Oh and It's A Crime just happened to be released in the year 2000. And to even further support my correct statement...Noel wrote it between the years of 1998-1999. As the creator of the video you see above I am entitled to defend it and all it stands for. Unfortunately for you, it is not me who needs to get there facts straight. Cheers.

  • @TheInbornMechanics I have many times. The songs have similar parts but are not the same. Besides Noel wrote Let There Be love in 1998-1999. Retrovertigo was released in 1999. It is merely a coincidence. Plus Noel doesn't like that type of music. And if you didn't want to argue, then you shouldn't have commented.

  • I like The Beatles AND Oasis, no need for competition.

  • i loveeeeeee The Beatles

  • come on baby blue, shake up your tired eyes, the world is waiting for you.

  • @danutcase66 you need to listen to Humble Pies cover of rain, it kicks the shit out of the beatles version, Steve Marriott-check him out-thats the guy you should be obsessed about!

  • @danutcase66 I Am The Walrus is probably my favorite Beatles song. Next in line would be Let It Be, Strawberry Fields Forever, Hey Jude and then Come Together. And I love John Lennon's solo music, Imagine, Mind Games ect...I still am a teen and American.

  • Does it really matter whether it was Lennon influenced anyway? All artists have to get inspiration from somewhere.

  • @TheRealShowdown Exactly my point.

  • Only regret... never had the chance to see them live....

  • @JustOneVideoWatcher Yeah same. I really wish I would have known about Oasis sooner than I did. I was born the year they became famous (93)

  • Lennon influenced? This is copying the song "Retrovertigo" by Mr. Bungle. its pretty much plagiarism

  • @Shaunography I see the similarities..then again just about every song I have ever listened to is similar to another. I honestly doubt its a rip off on purpose. It may have been unconscious though. Out of the millions of songs created, many will be similar. Let There Be Love is still much different though and in my opinion better. I guarantee it is not copying except for the beginning of the song, cmon no lawsuit... I would appreciate that you dont dawg other peoples favorite bands, its rude.

  • @Shaunography

I listened to that song and the chord progressions are completely different in that song. Where your hearing similarities is in the melody but this is by no means a rip off of that song.

  • @subtoor03 In like the first 15 seconds of the song. Sounds similar but too distant to be called a rip-off. The rest of the song Let There Be Love has no similarities at all to Retrovertigo. Some people are just trying to be jerks.

If all those jerks who think this is a rip off actually listened to the lyrics they would probable like it. Let there be love...

  • @Shaunography no its not, seeing as this song was written before retrovertigo. so.. shut up a your face! haha, live forever.

  • @fxsaberboy just someone else who thought this song was a rip off of retrovertigo :)

  • @Youdontwantmyusernam Fortunately it isn't.

  • @fxsaberboy oh.. my bad :/ sorry Shaunography. haha, peace.

  • @Youdontwantmyusernam Oh I got confused for whatever reason youtube sent me an email saying you were commenting to me, but it says @Shaunography in your message. Weird.

  • @fxsaberboy oh right :L then all is well. and for the record @Shaunography it is not a rip off of retrovertigo

  • Sounds heavily Lennon influenced, but still an outstanding band

  • @carlphone Yes, The Beatles had a great influence on how they wrote their tunes and somehow Oasis still managed to create something original every time.

  • @fxsaberboy Thanks, yes you are right, I especially the album What s the Story Morning Glory with all these catchy tunes!

  • great song ! its more like a beatles song ..

  • this is amazing, band, music, video, everything
