  • @ADNANAMAR83

Hey thanks for your very possitive comment ! ! !

The Punches you speak about are known as trapping or Pinning when working the Speed Bag ... It's a lost art that is practiced very ittle yet very effective for Boxing Practice ...

    Sincerely appreciate the encouragement ! ! !

    Paul D'Antuono The Punch Professor

  • wow...very nice control. i am just an apprentice in the art of speedbaggin. you are a jedi! lol

  • Thanks mate, I've been using some really tight leather weight lifting gloves lately, they seem to be doing the trick! Hand wraps can sometimes be a bit bulky.

  • Very nice! Where'd you get the gloves mate?

  • @hawkman350

Hey sorry it took so long to get back @ YOU ! ! !

You asked about about my gloves .. I use Golf Gloves or Baseball Batters Gloves they give me a good bite on the bag as Leather Gloves on the Leather Bags plus the fact that they are thin makes them easy to use..

    Paulie D'

  • Damn

  • @dramakazi

Hey thanks for the DAMN COMMENT ! ! !

    Paul D' The Punch Professor

  • That is SiCK!!

  • @IdDeNViRrE

Thanks for the SICK COMMENT ~ ~ ~

    Paul D' The Punch Professor

  • dude, you should go to iraq with a knife

because it looks like you'd be really good at slitting throats

  • Nice skillz. 5 stars. All these guys on youtube tell how to set up a speed bag; but no one says how much pressure the bag should have. Can you help a bag brother out?

  • Hey THESPEEDBAGSTUD ! ! !

    Thanks for the comment..

Put enough air in the bag so that it is almost hard... Not like a basketball but hard ... When you squeeze the bag it should give a little bit ... This way is better for your hand and also better for the bladder of the bag ! ! !

    Sincerely

    Paul D'

  • ur skills are of the chains.... i luv it.... i gotta keep on practicing....lol

  • ELLIJAVI

  • PaulStLedger

    Thanks for your awesome comment.

I noticed your, YouTube Page, and seen that you have Tysons photo as a background on your page and thats cool.

The Camp where I filmed this Speed Bag Video belongs to Don King..

The Speed Bag Platform was the one that Tyson spent much of his career punching on ..

If you check out my other Video you will see a little more of the Trainning Camp that was made famous by Iron Mike Tyson..

Paul please watch my Videos and Rate them.

  • XXZIPITXX,

All the practice makes it a great workout when you know what it is that needs practicing ...

Check with Speedbag1 ... Alan Kahn he wrote the Speed Bag Bible and he is the Man, The King, ....

Alan will help you enjoy the Speed Bag with his teaching ...

    Paulie D'

  • That was awesome and slick on the traps ,love your work Man!..you are a bad dude on the Bro!!.

  • lol nice video i dont find my speed bag that good of a work out its to slow :(

  • that was awesome....Ive been working on some of those speedbag techniques and im finding it quite difficult hitting backwards like that. ill keep workin at it. keep up the good work!

  • PEEKANO

I also had a difficult time with the backwards punching and such like that.....

If you check with SPEEDBAG1 also know as the king Alan Kahn ... You'll find him on the The You Tube ...

Alan has a teaching series on DVD, and if you want to learn, then get the videos that he puts out ... He is not only great on the Speed Bag, but he is a excellent teacher, and a Long time Martial Artist... You keep up the practice and it gets easier when you know the techniques...

  • Nice platform slamming, very crisp, shows great strength and a put em to sleep punch. Hey, they better watch out for us old guys! ha, ha. Paul wants to know where you are working out. Putting on my Sherlock Holmes hat, I see some kind of central air or heating system, stairs leading up a level, and windows. Hazard a guess its a basement? Dunno but some healthy intense punching. Showtime

  • Thanks SHOWTIME ! ! !

    Not a basement..

The stairs are a stair climbing machine.

Tony Tineo the Manager of Elio Rojas who is Fighting next month for the WBC Featherweight World Championship against Takahiro Aou in Japan, arranged for our team to be here.

We are here to help with the

    preparation / sparring .

Roberto Benitez The USA Olympian, whom I worked for these several years, is the Chief Sparring

Making a collage of photos for a YouTube Video. Don't underestimate Old guys.

    Paul

  • Thanks for solving the mystery! I better stick to my day job, forget crime solving. Should be an interesting battle between Rojas and Takahiro san. Sounds like you're ramping up Rojas with some great conditioning and sparring. Look forward to the collage and the fight! Thanks and best of luck in your pugilistic endeavors. Showtime

  • Anyone one know where this workout is taking place ? ? ?

I'm sure some boxer knows the background ! ! !
