me too man, i can jump higher of the concrete than of a dirt. i think thats because concrete can take more pressure than esle, so , much procentage of the energy that you put in the ground, concrete reflex so you get more hops. dirt or wood reflex it too but not much as concrete, because they "suck in" some of your energy, thats why they cant hold more pressure.
