@KillerOfDolts Mine recently developed the battery failure it's known for. So now I'm trying to decide on whether to try to get another battery to fit or doing the servo wire mod.
@MrRcaddict : Ive heard of that issue also. But I'm flying a Blade CP so the servo wire mode might be a great idea. I will see how it goes with the battery for now, but if the issue does come up I will definitely go with the mod. TY for you info m8 :)
@KillerOfDolts I put in a little lipo from Hobby King that I use in my MSR and Vapor. I don't expect it to last too long. The camera has no off button so it will keep draining. I'm sure the cutoff voltage is very low. And I have no idea how good the charging circuit is. The camera I have is a version 3 which is the best and I want to keep it working rather than possibly getting a different version. I may solder a plug on so I can unplug the batt and use a real charger
@iJockYourVideos It has to have a memory card. There is no internal memory. I think it can handle up to 8 gb but the battery will only last for about 45 minutes which isn't nearly enough to record 8 gigs of 640x480 30p.
in my area i make a killing selling these cams i get 60.00 a pop you should try selling them bud think about it even if you got 30.00 bucks you win:) enjoy

There's no real way to remove it, but there are editing programs that can hide it somewhat.

you should put it in the pseudo- cockpit, maybe also with an instrument panel from a model plane?

I thought about doing that. The "pseudo- cockpit" has a "pseudo-canopy" that isn't all that transparent from the camera's view.
