Amazing performance. Some musicians absolutely suck live and I'm glad that they don't. This is the first band I've come across who play even better live. Their music style is also very interesting, although I prefer their faster songs, their ballads (Serenade, Sympathia) don't bore me. They play with such emotion that it pulls you right into it and you can almost feel that they really enjoy being on stage playing their songs live. It's amazing and I've been a happy fan for almost three years.

There's one guy in Stockholm who has brought a lot of Japanese bands here ... apparently he did not behave properly towards them. Surprising, cause he's always been very nice whenever I've met him. But in Tokyo, musicians are talking among themselves about him, warning each other not to go to Sweden.
So expect to be going to Finland, Norway etc alot more in the future!

@mcbella676 I would explain the musical genre to her and give her examples. It's all about the art and not many bands can pull it off as good as Versailles.
Hizaki truly does an amazing job composing the music. He allows each member to bring out their talents, and still blows us away with his own. The whole band does a tremendously exceptional job performing live, doing PVs, and really holding to their unique characters. Their music is unparalleled as well, captivating, and even if you don't speak the language, it tells you a story. I imagined a story listening to this, and when I read the lyrics I realized I was right. No other band is that clear.
I agree ElvenWarrior891, i love that they're so different and original, not like alot of new bands that all sound the same and just do screamo. I really envy Hizaki and Teru's guitar skills too

And don't feel bad about fancying him. Men are attracted to femininity, and Hizaki is the epitome of femininity. You're not fancying anything (image wise) 'male' so it doesn't make you gay or anything.
Hizaki was influenced by X japan and you can see that at the beginning of revanat choir they sound the same. But so what thats the whole point of music to be influenced by other musicians and learn their skills like twin guitar and tapping etc. I dont think versailles copied of X japan but i think now that X japan are quieting down now that versailles will take over i think they can go along way hopefully they'll play at the tokyo dome.
hizaki was mostly influenced by like helloween,gamma ray, simphony X, X japan is only one of the bands smaller influences. japanese musicians most of the time are not influenced by other japanese musicians
First, if you actually knew ANYTHING about Visual kei, you would know that EVERY group nowadays was influenced by X. They (technically hide) created the V-kei style. Groups like Glay pussified it.
X Japan is now quieting down? They've been dead for YEARS (they broke up before hide died remember?) The only reason they did those shows was for Yoshiki to make money because he lost so much in bad investments.

Versailles announced their world tour not so long ago, and if they come to my country, i really want too see the. some of my friends like music and listen too it a lot, but they think Versailles is gay and all that shit, so i will never convince them too come to a concert, so my question is as follows; is it all right too go to a concert alone, or is that just weird?
regardless of what you say, i will most likely go anyway, but I`d like some of other people`s opinions and meanings too...=3

dude.... my friends dont like versailles either , they say they get headaches whenever i open music from them.. they are all into rnB etc and the thing is.. they arent even coming to sweden this europe tour, they are going to finland tho! so what do you think im going to do?! :) IM GOING ALONE AND I DONT CARE.. i dont go there to be with friends.. i go to see VERSAILLES! <3<3! so no its not weird to go to them ALONE! atleast i dont think..

I just went to their concert to Budapest with no friends only my mom went with me because we went by car (P.S. mom you are the best, I love you)

There's one guy in Stockholm who has brought a lot of Japanese bands here ... apparently he did not behave properly towards them. Surprising, cause he's always been very nice whenever I've met him. But in Tokyo, musicians are talking among themselves about him, warning each other not to go to Sweden.
So expect to be going to Finland, Norway etc alot more in the future!

Yaeh, it`s weird, at least 3 of the ones I have introduced versailles to have replied; "nice music, but why are they dressed as bitches?!" (yes, bitches would have been the correct translation), but to me it seems kinda natural when i got used to it, but looks like i`m not going, They`re not coming to my country...=(

I see. Similar in my case. For example - my friend (girl - not girlfriend, ok? XD) said : interesting music, but when she saw picture of band members, she looked very strange at me and stopped talking for a while. What should i say?

nothing. she either likes them or doesn't, right? If you don't love everything Versailles has to offer, you're not a true fan. And sorta-kinda fans are no good.

Hizaki truly does an amazing job composing the music. He allows each member to bring out their talents, and still blows us away with his own. The whole band does a tremendously exceptional job performing live, doing PVs, and really holding to their unique characters. Their music is unparalleled as well, captivating, and even if you don't speak the language, it tells you a story. I imagined a story listening to this, and when I read the lyrics I realized I was right. No other band is that clear.

amazing musicians, and their music is...I dont know how to describe it...real? it's just got that special kind of feeling to it. They're probably the best band I've heard in quite a few years.

Hizaki was influenced by X japan and you can see that at the beginning of revanat choir they sound the same. But so what thats the whole point of music to be influenced by other musicians and learn their skills like twin guitar and tapping etc. I dont think versailles copied of X japan but i think now that X japan are quieting down now that versailles will take over i think they can go along way hopefully they'll play at the tokyo dome.

hizaki was mostly influenced by like helloween,gamma ray, simphony X, X japan is only one of the bands smaller influences. japanese musicians most of the time are not influenced by other japanese musicians

First, if you actually knew ANYTHING about Visual kei, you would know that EVERY group nowadays was influenced by X. They (technically hide) created the V-kei style. Groups like Glay pussified it.
X Japan is now quieting down? They've been dead for YEARS (they broke up before hide died remember?) The only reason they did those shows was for Yoshiki to make money because he lost so much in bad investments.
