Because name me another sport where every team hits the track(field) every weak, and during the 'playoffs' the weakest teams are still on the track(field) and can screw over the leaders. There isn't one. NASCAR doesn't need a playoff system and having one is dumb.

Both excellent drivers. I love Kenseth because like him, im a Wisconsin farmboy and I grew up watching him at the local short tracks in WI like WIR, Slinger Speedway, and others. Both Champions, and both pretty darn good and clean drivers.

@Jzhunter74 but gordon has seven years more experience in Winston/Sprint/Nextel, also kenseth never had a good crew chief like gordon did (Everham) and to top all that, Gordon was what hendrick put everything into when gordon started, when Kenseth started we was less or equal to his roush partners.

Yeah I have to agree, I think Kenseth got loose or something. But, Gordon said it himself, he wasn't backing off. I don't think Kenseth deserved to be let off for, and considering the situation no driver would have let off. Didn't matter anyway, Gordon would have won the race either way.

Very true. Plus, they were racing each other super, super hard for the win, so why would you back off? Plus, Jeff didn't have enough time to react, so Matt got what was coming. Now as far as the Bristol incident, it couldn't have looked more intentional out of Matt. Jeff even said the Chicago incident had nothing to do with Bristol, but Matt, who was being such a sore loser, said that it was. Matt's great, but Jeff's WAY better.

could u explain how this was intentional? at :54 u can see kenseth getting loose while coming off the corner and as a result he let off the gas as gordon was getting on the gas and neither one of them could do anything

Both excellent drivers. I love Kenseth because like him, im a Wisconsin farmboy and I grew up watching him at the local short tracks in WI like WIR, Slinger Speedway, and others. Both Champions, and both pretty darn good and clean drivers.

By the way its 2 thumbs up. They are both great drivers but Matt's a farm boy. They are quiet until you rattle their cage and then look out. Jeff didn't even take his lid off so you know he didn't want to fight. But who cares they are both good ,clean racers and thats why i like both of them.

Hey highway955, I'm sure Matt's had HIS fair share of wrecking people. You know, the only intentional wreck I've seen is when Juan Montoya wrecked Kyle Busch at New Hampshire, last year. (He rocks for that.) No respect? What about when Matt beat him fair and square at Auto Club this year? Jeff didn't cry about it. He was actually in a good mood, 'cause he had such a strong run.
