This is getting really annoying. This is Tarja's song, so why are people talking about Anette? It's been years, Tarja is no longer the singer of Nightwish. Just let it go, and stop spamming.

Its not the voice that makes the band, its everyone. This is why Tarja with Nightwish is much better that just Tarja. As for choosing the wrong voice, Tuomas chose Anette out of thousands of entries for a reason: She is a fantastic singer. I think she is better by herself. She has an amazing voice but it suits these types of songs more than Nightwish's. Don't get me wrong---the other girl is a mess and a half and her voice doesn't suit the songs either. If I had to choose, I'd choose Tarja for the mere fact that her voice has so much more power. But it sounds like a lot of their songs were trying to compete with her voice instead of trying to work with it.

My friend you have no idea what was good about Nightwish that is now gone. Tarja gave the band a GREAT Celtic vibe while still staying original, the replacement for Tarja sounds too young & she has an undermoan in her voice when she sings that sounds weird.
