you are absolutely right... I have done workouts by myself and at times with a partner..the latter does push you to do more... but ofcourse you also have to compromise time and sometimes have to share exercises that you wouldn't normally do by yourself.
I'm Ready! I studying to be a Personal Trainer at this moment, and I'm having trouble getting to the gym today! I don't get this, lol! I am thinking about working with a trainer because I need to be accountable to someone to make sure I get there.
I find this VERY sad that I don't have the drive on my own??
