Perhaps this is not a military experiment but an experiment done by someone or something else and the reason for the military presence is that they are trying to figure out just what this someone/something else is up to. This is the first time I've ever heard anything about the "gelatinous goo". Back on June 27 down here in southwest Florida, I was making a drive from Murdock to Tampa and over a period of a few minutes there were small drops of a clear, gooey substance hitting the windshield at one point. Not many of them, and there was no rainfall at the time. I've been seeing chemtrails in the area quite a bit since last year, but that was the only instance of "goo" I've ever noticed. What we need are HEPA air filter tests of the air quality. Many local governments might public this information, but independent tests would be useful. I think if we can somehow get this properly done across a vast geographical area, we might finally get some attention.
