  • I am looking a set of grover stutter tones for my truck but I can't find any could you give me some info

  • where did you install the speaker and what kind of speaker is it?

  • @thedumbster

Whelen 315 slim-line, behind the grill

  • The 8 dislikes are from people that are jelous. LIKE!

  • nice man

  • is the horn on the carson mechanical or is that separate?

  • Flash your rears for a little bit........ Sweet

  • That Ridgeline looks nice. Has it been reliable for you? My friend is always telling me to buy American every single day since I'm looking into buying either my granny's Corolla or my dad's friend's Eclipse. I sent him numerous links showing how much more parts on the Toyota vehicles are made here than the Chevy vehicles he says are an American revolution, and his response is always "they're gay hackers." That or "shitty Asian design." I guess that's why Chevy works with Asian companies?

  • maann i bet people get the hell outta your way with that set up lol!!

  • are u shure this is legal.....?

  • @DjViOd

really people, can we move past this? Yes, its legal. Yes, I'm a licensed EMT and a member of a volunteer fire dept which authorizes its members to use this equipment in accordance with Texas state law. Next question on legality I block the user inquiring.

  • @DjViOd No, its not. EMTs and volunteer firefighters think their the pho-shizzle. Legal you are not even obligated to get out of the way. Its a quote "curtsy" to do so.

  • @TheLastMag

Actually it sure as shit is bubbah. Maybe not in your state, but in Texas it is 100%, and learn how to sell COURTESY before you try to redneck up my page please.

Also, Failure to Yield Right-of-Way for Emergency Vehicles is a pretty steep fine here in my wonderful state.

    Blow me. =)

  • @CanonNinja if you don't move for me or my dept. and we get your tag or if our police backup is behind us your getting a ticket and its a BIG one too. you tell him CanonNinja i'll back ya up brother

  • @TheLastMag While in some states it is not legal, you shouldnt be a smartass about topics you know nothing about, it makes you look like a fucking idiot. Btw nice setup CanonNinja.

  • @ryanlovestosnowboard

i had to reread that... the horn is hidden, but I was filming from about 30' in front of the truck, you can hear the wind blowing

  • @ryanlovestosnowboard

what the hell are you talking about?

  • that aint no air horn, 110% electronic kiddo

  • @cvarese145

Oh yeah? I'm glad you know my truck better than I do, Scooter

  • @cvarese145 What are you a fucking moron? I believe he know's his truck better than anybody. And those are for sure Grovers!

  • @FireExplorerPC

well, a single grover, but a real grover nonetheless!

  • @CanonNinja Single or double, your Grover still sounds badass. Nice set-up also, I got the same Carson and I also got a Whelen running out of my POV.

  • i want this siren so bad, a real fire truck siren that doesnt sound like a cop car

  • Everytime I hear this I want to find your truck and take the horns. LoL.

    Five Stars, Again!

  • awesome!

  • is that an in cab electronic stuttertone? or is it a 1510 airhorn? please reply im lookin for a video on a in cab ha-100 and there is nothin anywhere. would like to know if you have an ha-100.

  • I like EQ2B better

  • @nickknabusch

I'm happy for you. but this works for what the siren is named after... VOLUNTEERS.... not everyone can afford a $1500 siren setup, nor have room for 2 huge speakers and a siren brain the size of a medium pizza box.

  • this is so boss dude. i love this set up :D

  • @AZCAjeeper

that wasnt directed at you, more for future posters to the matter. But I would not recommend anyone without a public service job/medical cert. bother with putting this gear on their vehicle, even show use

  • @AZCAjeeper

    thank you.

I thought it's been posted and made obvious... this was my setup running as a firefighter in a department that allows its members to run the equipment. Legal and acceptable in the state of Texas.

  • "oh no it's a honda, better watch out"

and who gives a shit if it's "made in america". the money still goes to the japs. NOT A TRUCK.

  • @nikmaloney

well someone's bitter.... hope venting about it on the internet helps you sleep at night sweetheart

  • That is FUCKIN' AWESOME!

  • Could you make a vid of you driving it? And is this a police truck?

  • Badass truck dude. Are you part of the ROC?

  • Just a tad illegal.

  • @underPSI

    oh yeah?

  • @simpsonlandscaping I personally Don't drive Honda or a Crappy gm car i will only drive Dodge now which have a Hemi gas powered engine or a Cummins diesel powered engines in them. but honestly this is the USA so people can buy and drive what thy want.

i just don't like gm car cause i have saw to many people killed in them it is manly the gm SUVs s10s and Cavalier that i have not seem to not be safe all the over GMs may be safe and probably are safe idk.

  • Love that airhorn!

  • Bang-up job, mate! Love the "Q" type tone! From one vehicle outfitter to another! I posted my video of my Crown Vic, always looking for thumbs-ups!

  • Love The Setup

  • To: hbcrazyman

Well I thank Honda is a a lot safer then any GM car or truck. I thank gm car and trucks should be outlawed due to the safety. Almost all fatal MVA's that i have seen has been in GM car or truck. so I thank GM is very unsafe.

  • is it legal?

  • nice! : )

  • @rancheres07 they're pieces of junk from a company called Axixtech, and I would never used their products again. I've had a 100% failure rate from that company, its all knockoff crap from Thailand.

  • @CanonNinja axixtech is an awesome brand. they are just as good aS WHELEN OR SOUNDOFF AND most certainly NOT A KNOCKOFF

  • @mrskillz8910

Actually, most of their designs are copied from Whelen IMO, and I have had more issues with dead modules or water leakage and cracked lenses with Axixcrap than any FedSig or Whelen product i've owned. I used to be a dealer for them, and I would never carry or support their product line again. Its cheap Taiwan junk

  • @CanonNinja hmmmm. interesting. I deal whelen and i LOVE THEM TO DEATH, but from the exposure i have had to axixtech, they are pretty nice. interesting! stay safe bro

  • @mrskillz8910

no disrespect, just have not had good results with their products. infact, every piece of their kit installed on my personal vehicle and customers' vehicles has had some issue or another. I'll give them brightness, but longevity and reliability is something they lack

  • @CanonNinja none taken at all. thanks for the info1 now i know1 lol

  • @CanonNinja none taken at all. thanks for the info1 now i know! lol

  • lol "sweeet"

  • wow that ridgeline is hooked up... i wish i could do the same for mine... ur so lucky haha

  • i hope this is a volunteer fire dept car cuz otherwise our tax dollars should be spent on American cars made by Americans.

  • you really are naive as hell arent you? and by the way, compared to the Avalanche, the Honda Ridgeline has more USA-made parts and assembly than your "American-made" chevy. your ignorance is amusing... but looking at your videos posted, it doesnt surprise me

  • nice burn...

  • That is true ! Most of the parts for Chevy,Ford,Chrysler come from Canada/Mexico. I've worked on the lines.

  • actually, toyota makes more cars in the u.s than chevy does, since chevey produces most of their cars in canada and mexico. the same thing goes with most other "american" cars, look it up.

  • @hbcrazyman

Well I thank Honda is a a lot safer then any GM car or truck. I thank gm car and trucks should be outlawed due to the safety. Almost all fatal MVA's that i have seen has been in GM car or truck. so gm is very unsafe.

  • @hbcrazyman well thats too fucking bad because a lot of imported car companies are made in America by Americans you stupid shit. i.e. Hyundai, Honda, Toyota, Subaru, Scion, i can go on forever.

  • Please tell me what kind of siren this is. Its perfect for my volunteer work.

  • Its been posted numerous times. Carson siren makes a few variants with the mechanical tone

  • @LouisF56 READ THE TITLE

  • dude, i love the setup and the truck

  • IS having that stuff on your car legal?

  • yes, if you are fire/ems/police

  • hey bro thats HOT

  • is the carson real or electronic?

  • electronic

  • @CanonNinja thanks were getting a carson mech for our new command

  • there's a 200w dual-tone version of this siren now with the mechanical tone. it's a great siren for the price, and I love the tones.

  • @CanonNinja yea thats what were getting

  • Nice set up

  • is it possible to get just the grovers with out the siren

  • Holy Hell those rears are bright, are those lights around the plate the Whelen TIR3's?

    Good looking set up

  • sweet set up. Are you ever going to put up videos of your responses?

  • never got any, didnt have a safe way of taping them.... and I've been out of the dept and the equipment's been removed and sold off for about 10 months now

  • What kind of car is that?

    Honda something..

Damn, Australia hasnt got a good car market.

  • Honda Ridgeline... full-sized "truck"

  • Thanks man, That really did leave me marveled at the variety of car's america has at their disposal.

  • great setup.

  • That is an awesome setup! I wish I had even half of that! I've got a Grover emergency horn and a really old mechanical Sireno siren but it sounds awful (really needs to be rebuilt).. Great job!!

  • EXCELLENT!!!!!!

Every single volunteer firefighter or unmarked car could take a que off this setup. The airhorn that comes standard in sirens is garbage, the genuine Grover horn should ALWAYS be used. Major kudos for having bright visible LEDS that can actually be seen!!!

  • Make a prank video of you pulling someone over... that would pretty funny

  • how bout, no. and grow the hell up.

  • Comment removed

  • That's very un-true. Imagine if all the fire-fighters had their sirens and lights taken away, how would they inform the public of an emergency?

You clearly make stuff up as you go along.

  • wouldn't be funny at all actually.

  • 4get these ppl who r talkin shit about ur set up. i like it and i think its real effective especially the leds and horn

  • AAHAHAHAA.., I'd $hit my pants if I got pulled over by a Honda, not making fun, just saying. What kind of controller are you using on them?

  • Is the horn built in to the siren box, or did you have to buy it separately? we can't run a siren around here but we can get horns and stuff.

  • its a seperate deal, air tank and compressor, etc

  • are you the siren police?

  • well, I'm glad you weren't the one I went to for advice then

  • what kind of lightbar is in the back?

  • a POS wanna be Whelen Dominator... made by Lightning-X

  • class

  • pardon?

  • I live in Missouri and my dad is a volunteer and he has lights and stuff on his truck

  • I just like your truck ! I have a 2008 Ridgeline

  • pretty sweet on the back

  • Yay! Firetruck siren XD

  • WHACKER!!

  • ASS!!!!

  • jealous

  • depends on the fire dept in rocky mount nc we cant have sirens

  • thats cool texas looks awesome and the pinging of the flag pole adds a little touch to the vid too lol

  • I was in the Air Force in N.C. and I had nothing but Red lights when I was in The Fire Dept, you know why Morons, the cops down there are all Blue, so look shit up before you talk out your ass Torrential86

  • Not at Stoney point County 13 were ya??

  • negative

  • dam rears are nice great setup man and love the fire truck siren

  • it's been posted. No, this is an actual airhorn

  • Land of the Free, bother. TEXAS

  • FUCK YEAH!! GO TEXAS!!

I live in Minnesota but I am planning on getting a job as a Detective down in Dallas!!

  • throw some interior light bars in this bitch mane

  • had some, didn't like it:

    search video "aJJxSR8kL1A"

  • were did you get the horn and siren

  • So how does this volunteer thing work?

for example:are you at home and get a call, and you jump in your truck and head over to the scene.

    orrrrr..

On your free time you hang out at the station and wait for a call.

    Im just curious.

  • both, usually we have assigned duty crews to apparatus for calls, and run from home for those shifts or listen for backup calls and respond to the station.

Responding to the scene direct is usually a no-no, unless its a working structure fire where all companies are alreay on location, and going to add a set of hands to relieve tired personnel or help with rehab.

  • In my department, we are only at the station on meeting nights, and when someone is doing work to one of the trucks or their POV. We ALL respond from home, most to the station, and if the call is closer, the rest from their house. If you are the only unit responding or if very few are responding, everyone goes to the station to get the trucks (unless the scene is between you and the station).

  • thank you sir! check out the newer vids, no more of this hideaway stuff :D

  • With my department, we can hang out at the station with the full time guys whenever ya want, and if ya catch a call, you ride out on the truck...if you at home, ya just drive to the scene...just depends on where you are

  • in response to your question.. volunteer firefighter have pager/radio.. when tone go off firefighter just jump in truck and response to fire station or location where need to response.

  • Must be nice to run around looking like a cop...naa just busting your chops awesome siren and air horns. what state you from where they let you run red lights and sirens. or are you a chief.

  • Texas reserves red for volunteer firefighters, and sirens are a must for all emergency vehicles.

  • Did the fire dept pay to have your truck fixed up or did you do it?

  • I paid for the gear, and it was a tax write-off

  • Amen to the tax write-off! I am a volunteer in Texas and we were given permission to have blue, red, and white... and yes, sirens are REQUIRED by state law. State law also says that when a volunteer runs code to a scene/station our vehicles are Authorized Emergency Vehicles. great setup btw...

  • why do you have these lights and sirens on your car?

  • i'm a volunteer firefighter, does it really matter?

  • No, it was just a question.

  • sorry, i've had my fair share of stupid posted up here. carry on.

  • nice rears

  • That's good stuff. I didn't think the air horns would sound that good on your truck, I'm pleasantly surprised. How'd you mount them and what is your exactsetup for them? I might see if I can find some for our Marine Support Unit.

  • i have a mustang gt like this but 10 x better

  • "Name: Fuck that

    Country: United States

    Schools: Haltom High

Interests and Hobbies: drugs, sleeping, computer, watching tv,playing games

Movies and Shows: family guy, south park, how high, most kinds of anime

Music: linkin park, rage against the machine, dethklok, dont really listen to much rap any more

Books: Who the fuck reads!!!! seriously!!!! "

you sound like some little punk highschool kid, with no business having emergency gear. keep shitty comments like this off my pages.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAA OWNED!! Cheers canon haha, really really nice truck btw

  • hey i love this video i wish that my truck looked and sounded like that. if you were behind me i would be lookin for a fire engine

  • wtf q siren?

  • it's the mechanical tone on the new Carson sirens

  • i just bought the 1012 and it has 2 mechanical tones. you can go in the remote box and actually switch between them.

  • Those are Real air horns? I thought that they were electronic air horns. They sound really cool.

  • More!More!!

  • nice set up!

  • needs a better siren sounds to weak next the horn, by the way is fricken great, nice lights too

  • that is cool it sounds exactly like a real fire truck

  • Nice SetUp

  • is a POV right??

  • Where are the air horns mounted?

  • horn is mounted on the driverside between the fender and inner liner.

  • o thanx.

  • what stuff did you buy to make the horn sound like a real fire truck(not the siren)

  • read the comments below... its an airhorn off an actual firetruck, compressor and air tank are mounted in the back

  • the grover airhorn is LOUD man! at what psi rating do you set those off??

  • 90-120psi

  • nice Honda Ridgeline, n nice air horns

  • crap that's loud

  • Love your rear lights :)

  • dude, you so gotta tell me 1. where you got the grover from, 2. how you mounted it, and 3. what air compressor you are using. ive been searching for a while to find a suitable air horn set-up to put on my POV.

  • airhornsoftexas

it was about $300 and change after shipping... mounted inside the fender well, pulled the plastic liner out to mount it.. compressor is mounted in the rear of the bed in the trunk... compressor and tank is a Viair 10002 kit i believe, it's all included... copy the above and and dot com

  • is it the same dipswitches that can get ya the eq, powercall, etc. tones on it?

  • nope, that's the Whelen 12Q, not this siren...

but I have one of the 12Qs about to go in... dual sirens should be things much more interesting =D

  • that is BAMF

  • yup... a dipswitch on the amp changes them... dunno what the difference is, haven't played with it

  • Is this the alternate mechanical or the normal one? It sounds a little different than mine...

  • it's supposed to be the standard, maybe I need to go check on that?

  • what are the lights in the rear window?

  • its a 10-head Nforcer bar under the product name Juluen.. same thing as a Lightning-X Xtrusion bar... check out the link in my profile for the online store

  • Wow nice truck! I hope one day you can make a responce video. I'd love to see how people react when they hear (and see) your vehicle responding with flashing lights and the siren with horn.

  • should be soon.. I'm moving closer in district and off probation soon so I can run code TO the scene and not just use them once already there.

  • Nice! I'll keep checking back on your page for that.

  • Right on! The video didn't have my dash light or the other pair of TIR4s in the bumper I had added right after that, as well as the Whelen 12Q siren. Should make for a people mover for sure!

  • Ok now youre just getting me all excited about the next video you post! Haha.

  • stay tuned... the grill lights came out, and a 10-head StealthVisor light in the windshield replaced them.
