Put a lawnmower spark plug about two inches up from the end of the exhaust and wire up a ignition coil with a circuit using a heavy duty turn signal flasher to act as the points.

Get up to about 40mph and drop it down a gear then flip the "ignition" circuit on and quickly choke the carb.

just hold the gas padle ever so slightly to keep the rpm's up. do this for a few minutes. The car is staling because its cold and it needs to warm up.
