Actually John's weight lifting isn't what made him so big..he started gaining weight in 2005 to present so he started doing Tae-bo to compensate for gaining weight.

Heh.. He's been working out lately. He started pumping iron around 2005 (at least seriously), and has been steadily growing since then. The patterns show NO signs to implicate use of anabolic steroids. So kudos to John :)
