3rd floor was closed at higbees department store in 1992 at severance mall in cleveland heights ohio except dosent have a stair case in between. they were otis with tan handrail when they changed it to Dillards in 1992

I remember Gimbels in Roosevelt Field had a staircase like that too. Still so pissed they had to tear that building down, especially since Sterns renovated it. Would've been perfect for a Neiman Marcus.
