I went two months with only using dumbell press and increased the weight but I just tried to max out on bench press after two months and it was a lot harder than it used to be and Im using weight I was very close to. Will my bench press go up really fast after my body gets used to the bar rather than two dumbells?

i am vietnamese. as for ur friend is is pretty strong for his weight, having a big bench will not bring u down as a mma figther..but focusing on a big bench doesnt make u a better figther either..benching big for strength and benching to stay powerful and fit for mma is different therefore,benching alot doesnt make u better or worse for figthers

yes i am 100% clean it also sais it on my videos , train hard, eat and sleep good and try differerent programs to see what works for u..eveyr person is different and will respond to worktouts differently...im sure yoll get to 315 soon enough
bench is good for ur weight..just keep training hard..eat and sleep good, and try different workout programs instead of the same one over and over..sometimes your body can get stronger from just trainign it differently
i started at 14 with a max bench of 185 lbs at 135 lbs bodyweight, by 15, i did 225, ur pretty strong where u at., just keep it up and stay safe..whether ur play basketball or not, doesnt affect how strong u can be..so ur fine
