the point of this commercial really is that it still feels like you are not using a condom at all is it? maybe in high risk countries like yours, and/or if you sleep around most of the time you will need to put it on. definitely even. but when you are with someone for a long time and you know your partner inside and out, you might consider not using it. if not using it is what you call dumb, im not so sure if you have ever felt the pleasure of being bare with your lover at all.

Wow! That's such a dumb attitude! If you love the person and RESPECT the person you will use a condom unless you have been both tested for STDs.
