i got some apple type dock on mine with all the shortcuts

downloaded it from a link i found on youtube a lot better than the new dell dock

Me I have also a laptop Dell Vostro 1700 problem:

1) surge on USB port and audio jack

2) frise of the mouse pointer when USB disk is pluged so it's imposible to work with external hard drive.

I have contact Dell by:

- chat

- email

- phone

- mail

Dell change PAD, keybord, and motherboard.

I've got 256 MB NVIDIA Ge Force 8600 GT :)

I've installed Ubuntu 7,10 Gutsy Gibbon without any problems.

I it's joke ;) I've a little problem with audio. This is solution:

sudo apt-get install module-assistant

sudo m-a update

sudo m-a prepare

sudo m-a a-i alsa
