@TheMack100 Sorry for the confusion, ill explainthe game: The campaign is split up into 2 acts. act one is set during the revolutionary war and act 2 is set during the gold rush. In skirmish, you pick from 11 different civilizations and get experiance for every building you build, every troop you train, and every enemy you kill. you use those points to make your home city look better and to get cards that help you in battle. Its an amazing game, i highly reccommend getting it and the expansions
