this game is gunna suck! - its gunna be the same gameplay of every action game out there - point in direction of bad guy nd button smash random combos of X B until you see an exclamation point over a guys head which stays there for what seems like a minute and hit Y for a "counter" - stupid cant they think of new gameplay mechanics instead of recycling the same old ones and just changing the characters? and yes to all you noob morons i have played the demo and i beat it in literally 3 minutes

even if i don't agree with game sucking. you have a point there. about button smash and less creativity for gameplay mechanics.

that's how all kinds of gameplays were made untill now, but they suddenly stoped progressing and are gone more into online games. its new material, but still there are many gamers using singleplayer/multiplayer games such as this

so i agree with you on the lack of consistency on creativity. i can even number around 50 or 100 games similar to this style of gameplay.
