I just want to point out that if you hit those crane things with either a level one or level 2 charge you'll actually destroy them before they can blow up and harm X.

I can only remember three nightmare incidents in this game one of them you mentioned for the fire stage I played that one and I definately prefer to do it with the magma frozen. Another is Chameleon Stings stage after beating Launch Octopus different sections in the beginning and through out have water in it. The last is the Power Plant, Spark Mandrills stage, if you do that after taking out Flame Mammoth there will be power outages through out a good chunk of the stage.

I totally fail at this game, but I still love playing it. However, I can NOT beat the Chameleon, nor can I seem to figure out how to get the damn Heart tank at the Eagle's place. I've been sitting here for half an hour trying to and I just can't do it. How you do it and all in one go is beyond me.

When the miniboss in Sting Chameleon's stage shoots his claw-arm at you, you can just jump into the chain and shoot him directly; it doesn't do anything to you. Plus, it's a lot easier than jumping and trying to shoot the small space of his head.

and the other thing is called a "Sub-Tank" not a "E-Tank", there's (using proper terminology) no such thing as a "E-tank" because, according to MegaMan 7, what is commonly refered to as a "E-Tank" is technically a "E-Can", although "E-Tank" just sounds more natural.

The Hookshot Robot is one of the most annoying robots in the game. I never knew that shooting while dashing does more damage. Storm Eagle's stage has one of my favorite tracks in the game. You do it in a different order than I do but it seems to be working for you.
