Well, I have to say - I love the original song, and I love dubstep - mostly because I love the way my room vibrates from my sub <3

Anyways, I think you did a great job by NOT changing the song - I've been looking at many different remixes, and most changed the tempo, pitch etc - this is terrible, it mutilates the atmosphere of the song. Yours however managed to keep the sweet song and added a slighty "dangerous" feeling to it - GREAT!

Nice work! This is really good! Anyone saying differently has never produced a track before and you shouldn't listen to them.

I like the spreading, chill, sub bass part a lot and the mid freq clean bass is real tight too! Fun choice of song to remix. I like 50's music too.

I think it would sound nicer with more in the high freq. Like some riding high hats or a nice dirty south, hi freq bass rasp. I feel like the drums could use some more definition and sparkle. Keep it up!

a few things

1) not everyone will like you, ever. fuck them, youre trying and thats more than what they can speak for

2) remix pieces make a few mistakes which i see here, taking the original and just adding a back track and having a completely different song with unrelated snippets of the original

3) this song isnt bad, i just see that you could do a lot better, the fact that your trying puts you 5 steps ahead of most people, treat the original song like an instrument, mess with speed and pitch

I really liked the beginning, very soft, whimsical, the sun's radiance on a cold Chicago day by lake Michigan, but then it just way to hard with the dubstep. Maybe some transition? Gets back good momentarily aroudn 2:00
