Most US retailers cannot export GLINT tape.
You can do a web search, but you'll probably end up striking out.

it will cancel itself out when everyone is wearing it, either that the enemy will get night goggles and hey you wont want to be glowing

the glint tape is backed with velcro. situations dictate whether or not it is to be worn on mission. and if the situation changes, it can be placed on or removed.

Honestly, that information (including what GLINT tape looks like under IR illuminators) is out all over the place in open source materials.
I myself found out what GLINT tape looks like via SWAT magazine, which gets a helluva lot more circulation than this video.
So while I respect y'all's opinions, your fears are unfounded, and the video will stay up.
