Yes I can help you :)

Make sure you can get Str and Dex as low as possible (4 or 5 is recommanded)

Int and Luk can be anything

Now as you level, make sure Luk is +3 your level

So if your level 8, your luk should be 11.

it's for all levels, but you have to be within 30 levels of the rest of your party members.
