  • Yo man, are you ever gonna upload your full version of this, its really good, i first saw this a few years ago and have been wonderin if it will come

  • I really liked it!

  • great

    u rock

    :D

  • Nice! I remember you playing this at PBU.

  • amazing is all i can say

  • dude that's so amazing. i just bought a bow off of ebay should be here soon. i was just expecting to make wierd noises with it, didn't realise you could pull off anything that good! are you using a tape repeat on some of it?

  • Thanks man! All i'm using in that vid is just the guitar hooked up to a Boss DD-6 delay pedal, and I'm using the Digitech Jamman, to loop the stuff that I am playing. I love the sounds you can get with a bow! Just realize that in order to get a good sound off of a guitar with a bow, you need to use lots of violin rosin. Took me a while to figure that one out. God luck with it and have fun!

  • Whoa, how'd you get such a good/distinct sound?

Been messing around with a bow and all I can get is sludgy noise.

  • Its pretty distinct, because Im not using any fuzz/distortion/overdrive or whatever. I really like the clean sound alot better with a bow, although, Jimmy Page with his wah and all that takes the cake. hahaha but it takes a little while practicing to get a good sound on just the strings. I practice on the guitar without even plugging in, so that might help. But don't give up man! Keep practicing, and you will get better at it!

  • 0-0 Omg! your really good!

  • Damn that's nice. I just got a cello bow and have been experimenting on my guitar. You sound great!

  • Thanks man! I enjoy it so much and love the sound i get out of a violin bow! Good luck with yours, and practice with it man!

  • Yeah, I'll definitely be making some more real soon! Thanks for the compliments! Glad you like it...

  • All I'm playing on is a Les-Paul type electric guitar. It's a guitar called a Bradley, and is one of those knock-off guitars from the early 70's.

Glad you like it, thanks much!
