how is this stalking? this is just someone who refuses to have enough self respect to let go of an unfruitful situation. she is torn and conflicted because her love it so strong it clouds her judgement and rational. they WERE in a relationship, they broke up and she volunteers being a doormat. Happens all the time.

@kerh09 The reason it's stalking is because this has nothing to do with love. It's about low self-esteem (as you already noted), but it's also about obsession. She's been dumped. The guy/girl of her dreams has clearly said NO to a relationship with her. That should be the end of the discussion, right? Well not for her. Otherwise, she wouldn't be singing this to him/her.
