Ty! All of my troops, men and women that I worry about daily are all safe on US soil except one that I need to check the status on. I have no guarantees for Christmas for at least 4 years as my nephew takes a long tour, unless he is stateside between posts during Dec of 2011.

I cry tears of sadness for those that gave the ultimate sacrifice and tears of joy for each completed tour by those I love. Lots of tears this week/month as so many come home!

I love this video. My friend Daniel Cagle is pictured at 3:38,3:39.he was killed in Iraq 23 May 2007. I grew up with him as a friend and as close to a brother as you can get. I miss him dearly, but know that he died doing what he felt was right. We love you Danny. It has been 3 years but we all know you are still here with us, protecting us just like you did in life. This is an absolutely beautiful song and video. The picture of the handsome guy in the top left hand corner at 2:24 is a dear friend that was killed last year...to see his picture in this video and know he is remembered in such a big way is amazing! My husband is also a Marine and gone for Christmas again, he's on his 3rd deployment, knowing that our troops are remembered and honored like this is one of the best things someone could do!
