I copied your stove except I used a triangle can opener instead of a drill and a chisel hammer + screwdriver for the holes in middle. I found the holes went in so there were no rough edges. I didn't put holes on bottom, but bricks under can instead. Worked ok but found that using a 44 oz juice can chimney really helped stop smoke/crank heat. Biggest problem was the toxic smoke. My new cans are paint coated inside + maybe zinc. Felt sick! So good idea to carefully burn cans before using. Fun tho!
