@strumminglevi if you aren't in a hurry you can go to stores.ebay. com/Aniki-Cosplay-Store . This guy sells helmets and suits. There are others that sell higher quality suits but this is good for the price. 007Halu (Rangerboard user name) sells suits but it will cost you 250 for the suit and around 550 for the suit with gloves, cuffs, and boots.
Based on the helmets on EBay which would you suggest I have everything but the costume I went to a cosplay company who made everything for 200 the shield is crap so I'm buying the shield you have my costume looks on the darker side of green what would u recommend??
@Heroslayer5 I started the cosplay back in 2007, and at the time those weren't available yet for me. At least not that I found. The Sushiya helmet visor still isn't right though. It's small. As is Aniki. There's a prop maker from the ranger boards named Jessica, and i found her helmets to be the most accurate.

Ive been eyeing those helmets on ebay for years but with this shitty economy havent been able to buy one.Sucks too because im losing weight and id fit the costume! Take some good dish soap. And just put a small dab on your finger and put it along the inside of the visor. You then take a piece of toilet paper and fold it, and rub it into the visor till the smear is gone and it's clear. If you don't wanna use that you can use Bob Heath spray. It's meant as an anti-fogging agent for motorcyclists. I find that the dish soap works best though. Try it out.
Well you get use to the breathing, however i'll be posting another video soon and i'll go through that. You can actually drill some small holes just above the mouth, they wouldn't be noticable. I haven't done it myself but i'm gonna be doing it by next halloween.

Just look on ebay and search for Power Ranger helmet. Happytoy will be one of the sellers.. There is only a few I think. But I wouldn't be in a rush to purchase it yet. Go to Rangerboards and see if you can find someone who can costum make one for you.

Yes.. all you need to do is just find any rangers guantlets and then ask the seller if they can do the green ranger ones.. they will say yes. I have a pair of boots that I can sell too if you are a size 10
You get use to it, but air is allowed to come up from by your neck. What some people have done as well.. is they have drilled small holes just over the mouth. About 5 holes... i'm thinking of getting that done but I don't trust myself to do it, because i don't wanna crack it all up.
The guantlets are leather but the gloves aren't. Any white gloves will work as long as they aren't mittens.. If you order the guantlets off ebay, then they come with the gloves. Or if you order the Zentai suit then those also come with gloves.
The best costume is one that you are most comfortable inside. I won't lie.. these helmets aren't a big treat to wear and the same goes to the suits. Just make a decision of which looks most comfy & which you like most.

i agree, sushiya makes awesome helmets, but you might wanna order at least 3 months in advance since he makes them himself, and to your specific measurements, so its not a one size fits all deal. i orderd a green ranger helmet from him last month for halloween and it wont b ready till september! so make sure u order 3-4 months ahead of time
it wasnt actually that expensive. 240.00 and that included shipping! plus, he can add the helmet lights at no extra cost. i mean the ones they sell on ebay charge u like 80 bucks just for shipping. and like i said, the helmets sushiya makes are made to your measurements, so in a way they are one of a kind. i havent recieved it yet so i cant comment on the quality, but from what ive heard, his helmets are really to quality
another person similar whos also on ebay is tjhappytoy2008...she made my red ranger costume with boots, gloves, helmet, waist belt w/buckle, gun holster, and since i told her that im going to wear this at ACEN, she included the dragon armor, dragon holster, and dragon dagger to go along with it! i was like "SWEET, KICK ASS DEAL", i got it all for $800!

On your suit if it isn't too revealing then you can definitly get away with it. I suppose it can also prevent it from flopping up and down though. The protection is nice as well. But it's really up to your own discreation.

red ranger helmets are cast from an official stunt helmet mould, green ranger helmets are sculpted, that's why they look off

The rest of the costume pieces are pretty much finished, except the gauntlets & boots.
