  • That's a great rig!

Great phrasing and execution of your playing.

    Great tone.

    nicely done.

  • @0guitars0guitars0

    Thanks :)

  • That's a great rig and you, have really nice phrasing and execution of your playing.

    Great tone.

  • does this trem keep the strings in-tune after deep dive?

  • @marcelgs11

If you set up correctly the trem, It will be in tune for a long time.

But it's not as good as edge, lo-proedge, edge-pro ...

  • I love it , keep on jam`n !!!!

  • @kumba4k

  • Nice sound and playing :)

  • @Vordrab Thank you :)

  • How would you describe the tremolo system on your guitar?

  • @murilospecht

Not the best, but for the price is the best "licensed" tremolo I've ever used.

  • i tried playing this guitar but for some reason i nver like it, i would sometimes get electric shock too.. grounding problem? how is it fixed?

  • @kevingp12 This is because the ground istallation, this would happen with any guitar.

  • i have the same guitar...well you play so good man.

  • Dude you play very well, did you take lessons? How long have you been playing to reach this level of technique?

  • Thank you.

I never take a lesson with a teacher, and my technique is pretty poor. I only enjoy playing, that's all...

The only thing that really matters is that you feel good when you play music; the technique, the theory and all the rest only helps you to transmit the music you have inside to your instrument.

    Thank you, and good luck.

  • Ur ibanez bridge can support monster dive bombs ?

  • Is the harley benton cab good? And when you're in mono mode does it use all four speakers?

    Thanks and great playing

  • @mudfan1010 Yes & Yes :)

It's pretty good, but only in terms of quality/price ;) ...

Compared to a mesa, the H&B has more mids and les bass, and the highs are not as clear as the highs of the mesa.

  • how did you fixed the tremolo to stay still??

please response,my tremolo is too losen:(

  • put the tremolo arm in the hole.

push down the bar and look the micro-tuners in the bridge; notice you have a hole perpendicular to the tremolo arm hole, this screw is fot tighteen or loose the trem arm ;)

    I hope it helps

  • amazing video man! i'm a big fan of the rg and those pickups too!

  • Thank you for the reply. Would you only use the Evolution Neck p'up or would use Paf Pro, Fred. Not to be rude. Was only wondering if you had thoughts about a different p'up in the neck position.....other than Evolution Neck.

  • If you got the Evo 2. What would be a second choice in neck pickup? For an Ibanez guitar.

  • I've evo2 in bridge and evolution in neck.

    Other good choices would be

    crunchlab + air norton

    breed bridge + breed neck

  • kool stuff man...so how's evo 2 pickup? improved sustain? i got my eyes on these pups so i need ur suggestion please.

  • I just bought this guitar n i think its pretty cool. The pickups, by tha way r fine...not superb but good. Aw much did da evo pickups cost u?

  • In spain 200 € for the pickups with installation. :_( too expensive.

  • good chops.

you seem to hang on the 5th more than the root. very different IMO

    Good playin

  • Thank you :)

  • Dude Rg's are made for metal. You can;t doubt its ability esp. this one. I play everything from maiden, scorpions to ..lamb of god,obituary..and I get the perfect sound. Its a "great" guitar.

  • For me it's an OK guitar... just a matter of taste...

  • You're just too wrong there dude. This one's not a low end axe. Its an Rg320 and its infinity pick ups are great. I agree your evo picks are somewhat better but the INF's are as good as them and I can play just about anything on it.I love the sound

  • Well... If you have tried some "good" guitars, you'll agree with me...

    ;)

The RG320 is better than the EX series, but still medium-low series...

  • I'm with mr melvin on this one, there's a reason Dimarzio sells hundreds of Evolutions and Ibanez doesn't sell its INF pickups separately from the guitars they come in. They're not bad guitars by any means (I love Ibanez, I'm making a JEM right now myself) but the pickups aren't made to the same standards as the Evolutions

  • Hello, nice videos. I write to you because i want to buy a new guitar: The RG 320 FM. So i seek on the net some videos to know the charateristics of this guitar. Well, as you have this guitar i ask you some informations. RG320FM has got: INF3 and INF4 pickups? wammy bar pro edge 3? Thanks to answer me,man. Sorry for my english,i'm french.

  • I'm spanish, so... XD

Well, the guitar it's ok, but mine was selected carefully between some others because mine has a really smooth neck.

The pickups are crap, I did'nt play the guitar until I changed the pickups :P

The bridge is an edge-pro 3, nice tremolo, but cheaper... Stays in tune for some time, but not as a edge or a lo-pro edge...

Try as many guitars as you can, even different guitars from the same model, even the same year and factory.

  • Thanks for your informations, you're cool. Take care man.

  • porn music.....still good though....

  • LOL! XD

  • is it okay to use an evo2 in the bridge and an evo for the neck???

  • It's just what I've done...

    The evo2 is only bridge...

  • Good tone from a cheap guitar, tasteful playing too. Makes me want to pick one of these up

  • Thank you.

I was trying a lot of guitars in a guitar store, and this one surprised me; great look, great fell, nice finish and bridge...

Only pickups were swaped to a pair of DiMarzio Evo2 and Evolution ;)

  • nice! really enjoyed it.

  • Just out of curiosity, does your edge trem stay in tune well after a bit of use cause mine is terrible, im gonna try selling my RG320FM cause its a pain, it goes about a whole note out, Ive got another guitar that was loads cheaper that stays in near perfect tuning. Ive just put a little vid of mine online.

  • mmm, mine is almos always in tune!

    Maybe a bad set up...¿?

    try to set up properly.

    Felices fiestas! :)

  • I want to use a evo2 in a basswood, maple guitar with a thin hollow top. How u think it sounds threw a marshall superbass? Too tight maybe?

  • It will sound really crisp and will feedback very soon...

  • Soon feedback isnt so positive. Thx

    Suerte!

  • great solo!

  • thank you

  • How is Evo2?

Do you think it will sound muddy on a mahogany guitar in the bridge?

  • Hi, you can check it in the DiMarzio webpage.

It's hot, brigter and cuts really well trough the mix. In a mahogany guitar, this pickup should sound ok, to much mids, but really present.

I'll try the D-Sonic instead ;) is one of the best bridge pickups out there.

  • this one is from Total Guitar magazine (spanish version, I forgot the number :_( sorry. )

  • wow.....well done!! this is fusion!! could you send me this good backing track??

  • please, send me a message with your e-mail and I'll send it to you.

    Thank you for watching.

  • lol porn groove?

    so where's the naked chick?

  • XD

She's waitting for me, to finish that video! XD lol!

  • hahaha! lolol that was a good one man!

  • ;) thanks for watching!

  • is this guitar discontinued now ? if not, how much does it cost ?

  • I think it's still in production, it's about $500

  • Oh, one more thing. So you're just using the G-force, no pedals? How do you get that wicked sound at 4:23-4:24?

  • I use a wah, but the effect you hear is "flutter". To sound like this you need a floyd rose or a recesed tremolo. Put yout whammy bar towards the neck, and then hit the whammy bar :)

    It's a nice trick! :D

  • Lol, I can't stop watching this vid. Is it improv? Are you just a hobbiest or what. If you have any, I'd like to get some recordings.

  • Wow, thank you! I'm very happy to read that! :D

I played in several amateur bands and recorded for some other bands and artists, but never like a pro.

    :)

  • Ya man, very nice playing. I love your style. It's like a cross between santana and vai. I just ordered the evo 2 for my SAS36FM, so hopefully it sounds as good as yours. You did have the switch on the bridge right?

  • I've evo2 on bridge and evolution in neck.

Thank you so much for your comment.

  • woa you play like steve luckater

  • Really? :|wow thank you!

  • Hi I also have EVO2 and heard EVO1 ,the Evo2 have more headroom and hasn't got this ice picky sound ,also it's more balanced and more al around.

  • Is it the Evo2 In the Bridge? If so, how do you like it compared to a regular Evo?

By the way very Nice playing!

  • Yes, it's the evo2... It has more mids and less highs than original evolution, and when you roll the vol pot is clears very well :)

    Thnak you.
