The Blues is based on three chords, I-IV-V. Many blues use more chords and many don't. "Drivin Blues" don't.

Yep, a Silvertone L5 made by Gibson for Sears and Roebuck. I also have a Silvertone twin 35 watt tube amp. where the head fits down in the cabinet.
