I have this CD and its just incredible. Not only is her voice unique and beautiful, but the CD is very well mastered. Sound quality is very VERY good. Anyone with a real stereo needs to buy the CD.

I totally agree. I was just listening to it again today. The whole thing is just lovely. She reminds me of a trip hop Billie Holliday! That soft, slurry phrasing with a slightly raspy & nasal tone. Since you like this definitely check out all the Helicopter Girl albums (similar voice but more uptempo), Emiliana Torrini's "Love in..." album, and anything by The Innocence Mission (you'll love Karen Peris's voice). And Bjork too of course.

I listened to this song and bought the album! I also saw her at the Delerium concert in San Diego, she is just as good live!!! I think I would describe this music as a mix between Bjork, Lamb, and Imogen Heap the most.

The album isn't available here so I had to import it for 3x the normal cost... but it's worth every cent. It's absolutely breathtaking.

I'd wish the band would become more popular so that more people could would get to know and perhaps even learn what good music is like. And I'm not talking "genre/style" here but "skill, structure, texture".

On the other hand there seems to be a negative correlation between popularity and quality of music... so perhaps I should be careful what I wish for. :)
