Oh Yea! I like this Sandy! Lemon cupcakes are my favorite and these are all from scratch. 8) . I also like Orange cupcakes. I am assuming that using this recipe that I could replace the lemon flavoring with orange flavoring. I dont do much baking, but after watching this..... I have a Kitchen Aid Mixer just like yours that I will be getting out to make these.
