You may want to consult the Stropes transcription on the piece and/or the live versions of Michael Hedges doing it here on Youtube. There are a few techniques you are missing.
Thank you Michael...but i'm not a guitarist! I think that the Claudio's version of the song mix Ragamuffin with the tapping techniques of aerial boundaries but i'm not sure...
