@SpecTechHD Either by using CompizConfig Settings Manager, or apparently through Ubuntu Tweak now too...see the comments below, or search for the same question which was posted recently at Ask Ubuntu.
@Xaahu If I remember correctly, the Visual Effects tab was removed in 11.04. You can still set up Wobbly Windows by looking for and enabling the appropriate plugin in CompizConfig Settings Manager.
@Xaahu Huh...I didn't know Ubuntu Tweak had that feature in 11.10. Then again, I stopped using it temporarily after switching from 11.04 to 11.10 because I wanted to wait for a stable release first. I'll have to take another look at it sometime.
How do I do this in Ubuntu 11.10?

@WarriorIng64 i enabled it through ubuntu tweak. ccsm is way to dangerous to use in 11.10 :P
