  • yea thats an ass f. truck ;)

  • this is an excellent car for the money. I had one and it lasted great. The motor was worn out after a little over 2 gallons of gas. The shocks are good, it drives great and runs fast. The motor started great, broke in easy, and tuned like a dream. For the 200 dollars one of these costs, you can run her till the motor is shot and keep the electrical gear and junk out the rest, or buy another one and use the old one for parts. The rest of the truck was great shape when I gave it away.

  • lol i got 1 when i was like 14 and put it thru 2 1/2 gallons of PURE ABUSE before the engine went kaput...10 foot tall ramps, jumping over cars(parked of course),WOT thru horse pasture(if u have horses u know how rough the terrain can get around the fence sometimes),VERY durable trucks, only thing i ever broke was a wheel crashing into a speed limit sign and top speed(35 mph speed limit btw, lol) and bent my leftside dogbone.lol been on my wall ever since the engine went out(like 5 years,im lazy)

  • I have had my x cellerator for over 2 years and it still runs like a champ.. Not hard to tune and its super fast and durable for the price you pay its a give away for this truck...

  • I just bought one brand new from hobby people on sale for $139 bucks! Can't wait to play with it 2morrow!

  • I've had mine for a year. i never used it after a wile. i thought it was broken because it had no compression in the pull start. then i tightend the engine bolts, and it fired right up. but i broke my pullstart. i run 20% XTM fuel it seems rich and takes a wile to hit the top end yours sounds like its tuned perfectly. after the needle screw thing it tightend all the way how many turns shud i do to get it like yours?

  • i got mine for 150.00 of ebay and it was never used but it was opened. it has all stuff and gas and a stand! it is actually pretty fast.

  • I own one as well and the thing is just unreal for the money. Could be raced quite succesfully as well

  • hey i had this same truck. it lost signal and took off. it went full throttle into the curb. the frame bent 90 degrees. everthing was banged up. i think it would be cheaper to buy a new truck.

  • i paid $300 canadian total and it came with a cirrus 3 ch radio sytem

  • fucking right she does wheelies with good traction! i just bought one and fucking love it !

  • faster than a gt2? top speed probably but i dont think so on acceleration, but they r probably better for the money, can u pull wheelies with this car?

  • i just orded my 4th one today i got a new traxxas 3.3 for it

  • lol... Top Fuel on a XTM?

  • i dont like buying different gas for different cars.

  • It was actually $310 but xtm lowered the price and made a good deal out of it

    LIST OF PRICES

    2003-2005 $310

    2005-2006 $220

    2006-2009 $180 I go5t myn for only 180

  • fast car. i blew mine up. it lasted 1 week after a 7 tank slow cold breakin. i think mine was defective, right or wrong?

  • Hard to say, the engine blew? There are many things that can make that happen. One bad thing about the car is that because it is so cheap other things break a lot. The upgrade parts are a little expensive.

  • i dunno. it just pushed the bushing out of the crank and put copper shavings all over. my savage actually snapped the rod, somehow.

  • does this car run wel in the snow/winter?

  • That depends if its in the snow well not realy , if its really cold the engine would be cold so it would be hard to start and keep it running. So the answer is no

  • i ran in minus 20 c no prob just need to get it started in the warmth then bring it out to the cold and giver

  • i use O'Donnell 20% with a O.S A#3 glow plug and it is great but up hear a gallon of O'Donnell runs almost 55 dollars a gallon AND O'Donnell is clear kinda like water i do not recommend Blue Thunder it blowed my torq .12 engine broke a rod cause it didnt lub it enough go with like he said o'donnell or traxxas fuel

  • looks like blue thunder in the bottle? traxxas is a little darker.

  • Nope, never used blue thunder :) Traxxas... started using o'donnels lately

  • what % i run 20%. mines so dark.

  • 30%

  • 30%

  • just got one just waiting 4 my glow plug starter to charge then gonna go crazy.i like how u play rush's song subdivision 4 background music.rush kicks ass

  • thanks bro

  • i was wonderin if u could tell me the stock low speed needle setting because the book sez 5 turns but the car seems to flood and not start on the setting please reply thanks.

  • I believe it is flush with the outer part of the needle. 5 is way to much. Is it broken in? It should be broken in rich but that sounds way to much. Try their site, they have all the docs there. I dont have the doc handy but I believe it is something like flush or 3 out for the top and flush on bottom or 3 for bottom... hard to say...

  • definetly is worth the money

i bought mine like 3 years ago i think and the engine still runns great and i have bought two otehr trucks since then and i still like the x-cell more check my vids

  • you are gonna se a vid of my thunder tiger DT10 soon a little longer one=) Nice Weels=)

  • Right on, keep them coming!

  • On the box it says 50. I have a speed gun and will test that one day. Unfortunatly I have used it so much and pounded it so much that I am in need of a new clutch or something I think. It has lost a little punch but still rips. I had it waterproofed and was running it through puddles and such in the pouring rain the other day. It was great. If I lean it up and more on the lower needle it would easily do wheelies.

  • Nice car it looks FAST IT LOOKS faster than 42.3 MPH still a nice car GREAT VIDS
