ive watched so many of these videos and am so fascinated by how such little effort in stikes goes a long way and i want want to learn this stuff so bad. how does it even work like this, pressure points and nerve endings?

@JLZ51095 no, it works other ways. listen to what they say, it has to be short and relaxed, also have your hands ready and strike when they are near you, preferebly in their soft areas on the face and try to aim at a certain point. make sure u try some of the whip lash back-slaps, very powerful

I havent trained systema in such a long time because of my job...but I keep on learning so many things...I learned that systema is like a seed and it keeps growing inside of you making you a better person...it has helped me in my job, my family and so many things...I realized its a way of life that sometimes and only sometimes its about punches, kicks, grappling etc...

As I mentioned before, you might think of systema whatever you want, but you have to admit that it's rather special that an internationally aclaimed master allows being recorded while being taught and also puts it on youtube! Indeed a very humble guy.

Working with Vlad & Mikhail at the same time proved to be an amazing experience. While Mikhail was utilizing Vlad's hands to strike, before I new it Vlad's hand appeared...too late!

Working with Vlad alone was very similar. As I approached not feeling or seeing a threat, until I reached the perfect distance...again too late! Great Experience!
