How do you mix and hook up to a Single deck... Like your other video. I like it. Since i'm still a beginner i'm planning to get 1 CDJ 1000 MK3. I just don't know how to hook it up and mix with one. Someone please help me with this.
How long did take you to pick up flares and crabs, becuase although I'm getting faster I still struggle trying to get them sounding clean and clear, if you know what I mean.
i suggest picking up a vestax or rane. those are just my favorite... and if im not mistaken there also the 2 company's most scratch dee jays prefer. I have the Rane ttm 56.. N just so you know... sure this guy dose trciks. but theres no style. theres noo articulation that makes you wana bob your head or just get into it more... its simply trick scratching.. no soul.
nobody is hating. all i said was his cuts lack soul... needs to practice manipulating the vinyl so that way each cut has more feeling laced into the music. almost like writing your own lyrics. thats just how i feel.
1 more thing, if ur turntable is direct drive you'll be aiite. but you need a SHure m 44-7 needle and you need to drop some cash on the mixer. wit a good mixer and needle you can learn lots and lots while you save for a technique 1200 or vestax pdx 3000. Im saving fo the pdx 3000... it looks suuupper ill.

Yeah I know what you about his scratching but there's skill there and technique he just needs to practice finding new rhythm's and flow.
As for my setup I'm using 1210's and m447 cart's and the mixer is all you need for scratching.
When I first posted this comment things were tough, but I'm gradually building up better technique.
One day I tan this guy's arse on the tables but for now its hard graft peace ;-)
